This is a very nice home to stay in whether you're staying in South Bend or need a home base to explore Indiana. Very convenient location and the house is fresh and seemingly renovated. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is our second stay in this home. Quaint, clean, and in the heart of New Buffalo. We loved that our dog could join us! Plenty of towels, linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities that made our stay comfortable. I highly recommend!

Donna is a wonderful host! The cottage was the perfect spot for a quick getaway—it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the large, fully fenced-in yard for our dogs and the screened-in back porch, which was perfect for unwinding. The kitchen was beautiful and well-equipped, and the quiet neighborhood made for a peaceful retreat. Plus, it’s within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Three Oaks, which was a big bonus. Be sure to check out Dreihart Wines and 6 Linden while you're in town, offering amazing German-style wines and a great selection of specialty groceries and imported foods. If I had to mention one downside to our stay, it would be that the beds felt a bit worn and not as comfortable as we’d hoped. That said, everything else about the stay more than made up for it, and I’m still giving Donna and her charming cottage a full 5 stars!

This is a second wonderful stay that I had at Diane's place. Would highly recommend to those visiting the Berrien Springs area.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning! The house was beautiful and extremely clean, the master bed was so comfy and the backyard was perfect for our pup to run around in. The location was also perfect and in a peaceful area, but also only about 10 minutes to New Buffalo and some amazing restaurants! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to book our next trip back here!!

Janice was very helpful from the start to finish of our stay. We expected to spend almost all our time in Three Oaks, but the surrounding towns were easy and quick to get to and offered lots of fun things to do. The house is very comfortable and quiet. Three Oaks is a lovely town. Froelich's and Journeyman were our favorites for food and drink.

Very comfortable and lovely home to stay in. My birthday overlapped with the Indiana Migratory Bird Watching festival this year at the Dunes which was a fun way to celebrate with family and our dogs. Great home for nature lovers and birders alike. The hot tub is comfortable but if it’s windy do expect debris. Courtney was very responsive with all our hot tub needs. We used both AC and heat and both work well. Wifi is very easy to connect and troubleshoot. Very comfortable screened in porch. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend!!

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, sheets, blankets. Kitchen is well stocked. Large table for games. Everyone in the group said they would come back.

Niles was an exceptional host! His place was amazing! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. If I'm ever back in the area, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect. It was nice and clean with a great rooftop deck and screened in porch. The location could not have been better, walking distance to everything in town. Everything was easy as far as check in and check out with a book explaining everything in the house. Mark was great at responding to questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

We I had an amazing time at Home in Lakeside! The host was super friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect from the start. The place was really well-done, with nice decor and everything we needed. The pool area was perfect, and it was a great place to relax and have fun with the family or a big group of friends. The beach is just a short walk away, and the sunsets there are breathtaking. The location was perfect - we know the area well because we used to own a cottage in Union Pier, and this place is only a short drive away. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

I highly recommend staying at Kerilyn's farm house. My wife, a few friends and myself come to Baroda every year for my birthday to do the wine trail. This was our first time staying at Kerilyn's but definitely not the last. The home is beautiful, accommodating and located near some of the finest wineries in the area. The hot tub was fabulous and I couldn't ask for a better way to end the evening. Kerilyn was friendly, attentive and fast to respond. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Kerilyn!

We had a lovely family reunion at St Joe’s overlook. Kitchen came with literally everything- all sorts of cooking instruments (crock pot, air fryer, toaster etc), spices/oils, and zip lock bags for leftovers. All brand new appliances and ample prep space. We got the pool heated and it was wonderful! Very large size to fit all the family kids. The hot tub was a nice save for the adults who were freezing. Beautiful views from the living room of the river with ample and comfy seating. The home was perfect for a large gathering. We appreciate Evan and Claire hosting us they were always responsive and helpful.

The Barn is such a fun and unique place to stay! It was close enough to drive to Warren Dunes and Silver Beach. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some, and we had the best time checking out all of the interesting antiques around the barn, playing singles on the record player, playing shuffleboard, and having fires outside. It is evident that Scott and Mindy have put a lot of time and love into this place, and it made for a fantastic stay.

This cottage was perfect for a little weekend getaway! This place had so much character inside. We look forward to staying again :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home tucked away in a peaceful rural setting. The house was full of charm and character, and the surrounding mature woods made it feel like a true escape. It's conveniently located near Three Oaks and New Buffalo, both of which offered plenty of great activities, dining, and local charm. Our dogs loved the space just as much as we did—especially the nearby dog beach! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway.

We are repeat visitors to the farm and will always choose Julia’s when we’re in the area. The location is the perfect blend of convenient and tranquil, plus the surrounding views and quiet nights can’t be beat! The house has everything we need without being too much or too fussy, as some properties are. As rural dwellers ourselves, we and our pups feel right at home at this lovely little patch of Heaven.

We had a nice long weekend getaway to the area with our 8month old and dog. While we did have a few questions along the way in regard to the house, Jason was quick to respond and we really appreciated that. One constructive feedback I will give is while I know many owners live in their rentals, I do think there could be more transparency in what that looks like. If we had packed more food and needed a lot of fridge/freezer space, we would have had more concern. Overall we loved the home and location and would recommend it to others looking. When we left our baby monitor charger Jason was quick to reach out and also shipped it to us. Thank you for this, we really appreciated it.

We had the most amazing stay over Memorial Day weekend! The home was perfectly located right by the water, offering beautiful views and peaceful vibes throughout our trip. It was the ideal spot to relax and recharge. We brought our dog, Bruno, and he absolutely loved it too—lots of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had an amazing time! Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night, the patio and dock were super cozy and we really enjoyed sitting out there at night just listening to music and having some drinks. Super nice area, the beach isn't too far and they have some fun bars and restaurants in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
