Vacation rentals with beach access in Shoreham-by-Sea

Great apartment, so well located - walkable distance to town and the seafront. Really clean and spacious, great living room set up - well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. Dmitrijs was really responsive and offered an early check in too :) would stay here again.

This was perfect for us and our dog. A cosy little home with everything we needed including private parking which is precious. Near to all amenities in Hove. The hosts were very tentative, responding to everything quickly and were very friendly and helpful.

What a fabulous sanctuary right in the heart of cove. At one end of the road you have all the shops and fabulous eateries and at the other end you have the beach! The apartment is spacious and homely and has everything you need. Spotlessly clean and will definitely return

Had an amazing time, very nice place with lots close by. The sea front outside the property is buzzing with only a two minute walk to the actual beach. Lots of places to run and spaces for workouts with more facilities being built. Thank you to Simon and Sansan for being very helpful, anything I asked was answered almost immediately. Visited Brighton for 3 days with my partner and Jane's place was exactly what we needed. Clean and well equipped with all the amenities a couple of people would need to feel right at home. The local area is quiet and has plenty of shops/restaurants and cafes whilst still being close to the City. Jane was a perfect host and communicated very well from check in to check out. We could not recommend this place highly enough if you're looking to visit Brighton, the travel links are also great if you want to travel further out to explore the beautiful Sussex coast. Perfect!

Lovely flat in a quiet street, the description is accurate. It is nice and clean with a large shower and easy to use oven and it was nice to sit in the sunny window for breakfast. Everything is within walking distance and especially good being able to walk to the beach

Beth's place is perfect for a break in Brighton and Hove. Literally a bus stop right outside and the station only 5 minutes away. Church Road in Hove is right on the doorstep and everything you need for a great holiday is there, Brighton centre is only 10 minutes away but I much prefer Hove. The flat itself is clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need, lovely kitchen, living room with TV and a bedroom with plenty of hangar space. I would definitely stop again and would highly recommend it.

lovely place, great location . 15mins walk to everywhere we wanted to go! or taxi was only £5,00 ish. everything you needed in the flat, beds were very comfortable. we will definitely return! Emily was reallt helpful with recommendations. we paid for a parking space which was a 2min walk from the flat which was perfect!

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Lovely, clean and well equipped house in perfect location in Brighton close to all the restaurants and shops. Communication with Joe was great and really appreciated the possibility to check in early to drop off our bags as we were traveling from all directions. Great stay and would recommend!

Great place to stay in worthing. Perhaps the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in - genuinely spotless! Very comfortable for a couple with 2 children and close to many amenities and the beach. Marie is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend.

I was only at Anne-Marie’s house overnight, but it was a lovely, quiet spot away from the bustle of Brighton but conveniently close to everything. It’s a beautiful house with a lovely garden, and I would have no hesitation in staying there again!

Really close to the station, bars restaurants and supermarkets 1 min away, close enough to the sea front, walk in 10 mins, quiet in the evenings

Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Fabulous location close to the train station, and minutes walk from the shops and sea front. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very homely, just what you need really. Everything was exactly as described and everything worked as it should. Alan was responsive and informative throughout the process, a marvellous host.

Amazing, responsive, accommodating and understanding host :) We accidentally checked in 2 hours early as we didn't read the instructions quite closely, thinking that we had to check in *before* 3pm instead of after! Thankfully, the cleaner that arrived at the time and David himself were completely understanding and extremely kind and understood! The apartment is clean, beautiful and next to amazing locations that are easily walkable. Definitely worth the price and an exemplary place to stay at :)

Schön ausgestattete Wohnung alles zu wohl fühlen,man kommt rein und ist zu Hause.praktisch war genug Froteewäsche .Für alle hat es Aufladegeräte für Natel ect in den Schlafzimmer war sehr praktisch.Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht.

We had a great stay here! Such a good location for exploring Brighton. The flat is lovely and bright, spacious, with everything we needed. The bed is really comfortable and we loved sitting in the living room looking out of the floor to ceiling windows. Thank you!

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

I had a really great stay! The apartment is small but cozy and has everything that you'll need for your stay. The presence of a TV and alexa was very welcome, the kitchen and bathroom are all nicely laid out, and the bed is a good size! The steps up to the apartment are a little steep (though this is obviously beyond the hosts control) so keep that in mind before booking if you struggle with stairs - but otherwise this is a very good little place that I'll certain consider returning to when I next visit Brighton!
