House vacation rentals in Shizuoka

I stayed with my pet for the first time, and they even provided a pet bed, so I had a nice stay. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at Manami’s place. The hot spring was very nice after a long day out exploring the area. The location is very convenient in terms of being just minutes from the train station. The host is responsive and we could keep our luggage inside before we checked in since we arrived a bit earlier and went out to see sights. I would definitely stay again for the peace and quiet and the hot spring bath.

Two families and one car stayed for one night.The room had two single beds in the bedroom and two double beds in the living room, which matched the family structure.The double bed was slept on by an adult and a child, but I think it can sleep 2 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and cups.You can also BBQ on the veranda, and charcoal and tongs are available for rent at an additional cost.We recommend purchasing ingredients in advance. It takes about 20 minutes by car to get to the nearest supermarket. The room was clean and the owner was friendly, so I enjoyed it.Mt. Fuji can also be seen from the veranda, and it is the best position. The 7-Eleven where we were supposed to meet the owner was on Nabi Street, but there was no sign, and for a moment I was worried that it was the right meeting place.

The beautiful interior, especially the water area was beautiful, and the surround AV was also good.We all enjoyed it.It was winter, so I didn't get into the pool, but it was bigger than I expected, deep, and fun in the summer.You can enjoy wine poolside and a great space.Highly recommended!️

The sauna was not hot, but the steam circulated easily, and it felt hot enough, and it was more comfortable than expected.After that, I cooled off in the illuminated pool, and it was extraordinary and fun.The kitchen was also spacious, and we were able to communicate with a large group. The bedding and water areas were clean and pleasant to use. There are many insects outside, so we recommend that those who don't like insects spend time indoors.The accommodation was really great.Thank you very much.

It was a great trip with great amenities for dogs and children. I'd love to use it again.

I had a lovely stay in at Noriko’s place. The views are stunning from end to end. The house is so well designed, decorated, and organized. Everything is perfectly placed for when you need it. I was so relaxed here spending a lot of time on the porch and slept so well in the comfortable bed. Noriko is so kind and sweet. She always made sure I was comfortable and helped me with anything I needed. She made a reservation for me at Food Chant which I highly recommend you do if you want a beautifully prepared and special meal. She also drove me to the train station on my way out which was a nice way to relieve travel day stress. The beautiful beach is about 15 minutes walking, full disclosure there is a steep hill back home but worth it to stay here even if you are relying on walking. The bus stop is also right after the hill and the bus is easy to use to go into Shimoda. I adore Noriko and would absolutely love to come back and relax in this fantastic home.

Takashi’s place is wonderful and so peaceful! The village and its people are very welcoming. And the ramen meal in Kikyoya was amazing. Nakasendo Way with its shogunate history is easy and quick to get to by car from Takashi’s place. Renting a car was very easy and is well worth doing for discovering the area. We were fortunate to have found Takashi’s gem of a place on Airbnb. He is a great and kind host, who truly cares for his guests.

Clean and comfortable house. Has everything you need. Spacious. As in the fotos. Very happy.

Shoko is by far the best host I have ever encountered. She was attentive and kind and helped with all our needs. She was diligent and communicative and we felt very looked after. The property is fantastic and I will be recommending it to anyone I know visiting the area. Well worth a trip even if you aren’t in the area!

It's a wonderful old house.The old building smells good, and you can see the sea and Mt. Fuji from the windows. It was an interesting and rare experience to talk with the host while drinking. I enjoyed a great holiday.

The Airbnb is beautiful with adequate facilities! The shower was very big too with strong water pressure and hot water. It is a good location to explore the areas near Mount Fuji and also the peninsula. Check in and out were very simple too. As the host prefaced, the sound of the cars can be heard from the bedroom but we are heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother us at all. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The room was spacious, and the kitchen and bath were clean, and I had a very pleasant time.We had a fun time with everyone playing table tennis, darts, Othello, playing cards, and more.They also responded quickly and happily to inquiries about how to check in, which was very reassuring. Both bedrooms on the second floor had lovely interiors. Thank you for a wonderful time. I look forward to seeing you again if I get the chance.

This was a last minute decision for us to stay here, so glad we did! The 2 hour commute to the airport the next day was worth it! So clean. Very peaceful. The sauna with the cold pool right next to it was perfect. And having our own private onsen was awesome! The house was really clean and looked recently redone and new inside. Loved it. Wish I lived here!

This is an excellent Airbnb, have confidence booking. We were warmly greeted by Villa Nagare's friendly owner and were given a detailed tour with welcome fruits and drink. We quickly felt at home in this beautifully renovated home. It is well equipped and included a high chair and children's cutlery for our child. We spent many hours relaxing on the terrace and watching the sublime alpine view. We initially booked 3 nights but extended an extra 2 because we were highly impressed with the accommodations and area! We were sad to leave but will return!!!

The owner was extremely responsive and kind. As a non-Japanese speaking person, it was not difficult at all to communicate.

Absolutely stunning accommodation. Honestly some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. All the staff were very friendly. The house was very comfortable and clean and we loved the design. The bath was also amazing! If you travel ~30mins north you can get a glimpse of Mt. Fuji which we were lucky enough to see. Absolutely loved the place - 10/10 would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Fujinomiya city! The host was extremely friendly and welcoming – they even prepared homemade cake and what seemed to be a strawberry pudding for us, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The house is two stories. The bedroom is upstairs, while the first floor has a bathroom, shower room, living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a drinking water dispenser – super convenient! The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. We stayed during summer, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the house cool and pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious and open living room, even with more than 10 people. The kitchen was spacious and there was a BBQ space with a roof, so we were able to enjoy it even on rainy days. Also, all the rooms were clean and well cleaned, and I felt good.
