Opened in July 2024. La Fotografia Marrone is conveniently located a 9-minute walk from Kanazawa Station and a 6-minute walk from Omicho Market, where buses leave for major tourist spots in Kanazawa. The building faces a quiet street lined with Kanazawa Machi-style houses, and you can see the largest temple in Kanazawa, Tozai-in Temple. The building consists of a traditional exterior and interior layout. In addition, in the "photography" section, which is also the theme of this accommodation, there is a photo exhibition by Japanese photographer "Kimura Katsuhiko IG @ kats_portraits". In addition, you can spend a relaxing time indoors listening to the music that Mr. Kimura selected to match the photos. Kusa no Niwa is a traditional Japanese-style house with a courtyard and corridors that was built more than 130 years ago. The entire house with a size of 100 square meters will be lent privately to a single group with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. You will find a fusuma, a sliding door with a paper panel, painted by a famous Japanese Painter, which can be also found in the Taue’s House, an Important Cultural Property, located in Nyukawa Town.
