Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

The barn was originally used to house milking cows so the beams have been retained in all the rooms to maintain the character of the barn. Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Welcome to our house situated in the world heritage village Saltaire. One of the original Almhouses built by Sir Titus Salt in the 19th Century. The house is part of the utopian vision of Saltaire created by Sir Titus to create a community village to house and support the mill workers. The property offers a unique base to experience Saltaire, within walking distance of the all the key local attractions.
