Welcome to our creekside cabin, just 9 miles from Lassen National Park and right on the all-season Bailey Creek. After a long day at the park, relax on our large multi-level deck to the sounds of the creek or lounge creekside at the firepit Our 2000 sq. ft. cabin is spacious for a large group of eight with 2 bedrooms downstairs (King Bed and Queen Bed), a loft bedroom (King Bed), and a fully stocked kitchen but still cozy enough for a couples weekend. As you turn onto Thatcher Mill you'll feel the comfort of this mountain retreat. Your tranquil drives ends at this 12 year old home that we call our cabin. It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

Our charming cabin is nestled on a private road with breathtaking ridge views, just 20 minutes away from the Lassen Volcanic National Park. Immerse yourself in nature as you hike to Lassen Peak, Bumpass Hell, and Cinder Cone. With less than an hour drive you can witness the beauty of Burney Falls or fish at Hat Creek. In the winter, enjoy the snow play at Eskimo Hill or strap on your snowshoes and explore the winter landscapes around Manzanita Lake. Gas/grocery are only a few mins drive.

The loft also has a balcony that gives you amazing views of the surrounding trees and is the perfect place to listen to birds and watch wildlife. The cabin is ideal for a couple, small family, best friends, or an individual looking for a personal retreat in the forest. Dogs are welcome!

Adorable cabin in the Lassen National Forest is just 15 minutes away from the Lassen Volcanic National Park entrance and its beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls. Also, explore the Pacific Crest Trail, Lake Almanor, or fishing in Battle Creek. Stay a while and relax, or work remotely in this newer cabin with awesome Starlink Wifi, master bedroom (Queen Bed) and a loft (Two Double Beds). Families are welcome; however, please do not book more than four adults.

Newly built cabin nestled on a 1/2 acre in a quiet forested neighborhood at an elevation of 4200 feet. The perfect retreat to access the beautiful sites and adventures of Lassen National Park (18 minutes/14 miles). In addition, the location offers short drives (25 minutes to an hour) to Hat Creek and Burney Falls. Or take a walk to Lake McCumber. Small Cozy Cabin with great views of Shasta Lake. This small cabin can accommodate four. This cabin does allow pets with additional fees of $25 per pet. We also have larger cabins on Airbnb. UPDATE: Shasta Lake is experiencing severe drought and while there are still lots of cool things to do, the Lake on the Sac. Arm is currently experiencing low levels. We do have our dock in front of the resort. Still beautiful views!
