Monthly Rentals in Sherman

We had such a great stay here! The lake was beautiful and having access to all of the watercraft was so much fun! There were some kid toys out that my kids enjoyed playing with too. It easily fit 7 people with room for more! The host was also very easy to contact and communicated with us quickly and often about anything we had questions about. We would love to stay here again in the future and would recommend to others for sure!

Amazing place to stay, especially for the price. We had to last minute book this flat because a different air bnb didn’t work out, but this place fixed everything for us. We just stayed for one night and watched a movie; we went outside to watch the sunset and a cat walked up to us and joined us. Very clear instructions and notes left around the house, would 100% stay again.

Corry’s home is a great value around Chautauqua lake. It’s clean and comfortable and so close to everything in each direction of the lake.

My husband, myself and our pup were traveling from Chicago IL driving to Massachusetts and found Chris's place on air bnb hours before stopping. He responded very fast. The per night cost was great and it was so nice to get a good night's sleep after driving for almost 10 hours. We also enjoyed the coffee (kcups) provided. Its nice because when traveling sometimes you do not have all those essentials like shampoo, soap, coffee, they were all great to have. Loved the bullfrogs singing out back and the beautiful big back yard. Also liked that there wasn't a big long list of what you have to do before leaving at checkout. We did take the trash out and washed the coffee mugs we used. It was about 25 to 35 min off of rte 90 but worth the travel to have a nice restful night thats also dog friendly. We also had breakfast at a place Chris recommended down by the lake. The lake is beautiful. Thanks so much Chris!!!
