Very nice and cosy cottage with comfortable beds and all amenities you expect at home. Provided a very cake and milk on our first night. Lovely conservatory and garden to relax in when it was warm enough. Good location for the Norfolk Coast from. Wells to Sandringham. The nearest town Holt is great for shopping and eateries.

We know the area well, but this house is really well situated close to both town and sea. Lovely house as described.

We all loved our stay here, children and adults! Maire was such a friendly and informative host, providing us with recommendations on days out when the weather wasn’t looking too good a few days before our stay and making sure we had everything for the 4 children. The house was super clean and cosy and we all slept very well each night in the comfy beds. The children enjoyed having the little garden to potter around and play in after our days out and it was a nice relaxing spot for the evenings. Really pleased to have found this gem of a holiday home.

We booked Oak Barn to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with all the family. We were blessed with a long weekend of beautiful weather. In fact it was so nice that we ate nearly all our meals al fresco in the garden which was fully enclosed meaning that our two dogs could wander in and out of the house. Rosie thoughtfully messaged us when we arrived to give us pointers on how to keep the house cool. The Barn is spacious and spotlessly clean with quality bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The layout in the house is perfect for extended or multigenerational families. It’s situated in a quiet country lane but within a few minutes you can be in Wroxham and the coast within half an hour. There was an excellent house manual with lots of suggestions for things to do but the weather was so warm that we tended to stay fairly local. All in all this was one of the best properties we have stayed in.

A lovely little annex which was situated perfectly, just a few miles from various seasides and a number of national trust parks and forests. Hilary was so helpful giving us some useful local tips regarding good meals out. Would thoroughly recommend and we can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Horizon house. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. So close to the beach and amenities! Great having space for 2 cars off street parking too, made unloading/ loading much easier.

Ideal location for exploring Sheringham shops and seafront. Literally a minutes walk away. This ground floor apartmentwas ideal for my elderly mother as there were only a couple of indoor steps to negotiate. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Off street parking a major plus. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco very welcoming! Thank you Angie, will definitely be coming back ☺️

Perfect location and a lovely place. Great touches such as high quality sheets and towels and lovely treats for our kids. Adele is a fantastic communicator and was really accommodating. Parking ideal when so central. Very comfortable and spacious, we would definitely stay here again.

One of the standout aspects of our stay was how perfectly situated Oaklands No1 is for exploring the surrounding area. Its location made it incredibly convenient to discover the charm and beauty of Reepham and beyond, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. With no notable criticisms to mention, our experience was nothing short of excellent. We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our stay, which is why we gladly award Oaklands No1 a glowing 5-star rating. We highly recommend Oaklands No1 to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and ideally located place to stay while exploring Reepham.

Compact but very cosy and well equipped accommodation with benefit of private parking in quite location on the beautiful Norfolk coast. Beach, cliff walks, town and the delightful Cromer pier all within easy walking distance. Leave the car behind and take the Coast Hopper bus to explore the area. The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

Just got home after a wonderful weekend in Cromer, staying at "A Stone's Throw". The flat was perfectly located and felt very homely. Had everything we needed for exploring Cromer and beyond. I had no problems finding a nearby parking space a ytime we returned back to the flat. Ali was quick in communicating after booking and also quick in response to a couple of questions we had in the weeks leading up to our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mundesley and would highly recommend this Air BnB apartment. It was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The location was walkable into the village with some lovely shops and an easy walk to the beach. We would really love to come back again and spend more time in the local area.

A super apartment within easy walking distance of the train station, restaurants and all of the attraction Norwich has to offer. The apartment is really cosy with a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Access is really secure and easy. Although I had no need for a parking space, this is a great service that the apartment offers. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend. The owners were very informative. Accommodation was exactly as described and its location was spot on for all the restaurants, bars and shops.

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
