The stylish kingsize suite has a compact deluxe en suite shower room, a mini kitchen (kettle, fridge) & an honesty bar. 30 mins from Norwich & 45 mins from the beautiful Norfolk coast, walks and cycle routes are on the doorstep (bikes can be borrowed). The rooms showcase everything that local producers have to offer. Make the most of the peaceful surroundings on the small patio outside the Bramble Room.

The Shepherd's hut comprises of a double bed, seating area, kitchenette and self-contained shower room. You will be provided with a continental breakfast including croissants, juices and home made jams, coffee, teas, sugar & milk A private hot tub is available for an additional charge, along with use of a BBQ, local produce for a full English, fizz on ice etc

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

FULL REFURB Quaint 3 bedroomed farm workers cottage in rural surroundings. Built in 1926 has been fully refurbished. Nature reserve to the front and farmers fields to the rear. Lovely large garden over looking fields through five rung gate. Seating area , garden bar and very spacious area to relax with the family or alone . Short walk to the coast to explore the Sea side Close to local shop/petrol station . Great Yarmouth is just 10 mins away with its arcades, beaches and theme parks.

A lovely 11 mins walk to the heart of town. The Highlands Suite is a perfect spot to stay during a visit to the area. The residence is part of a successful bed and breakfast operating since Jan 2016. Stroll up a quiet country lane (1.7 miles) to the gorgeous Suffield Arms or drive (2.2 miles) to the renowned Gunton Arms Surrounded by fields, trees, and wildlife, enjoy lovely local walks or relax in the pretty private courtyard.
