Beverly's beautiful spot is not to be missed. The property is gorgeous, private, quiet, serene. From sitting on the deck relishing the scent of honeysuckle while watching blue birds and cardinals, or sitting by the river watching the water tumble over rocks, it's a haven. The house itself was hand built of remainders and repuposed materials, so every corner has something interesting. The owners are so friendly and have interesting history to share. Do hike Crabtree Falls, it's stunning. Thanks Beverly!!

We loved staying here! It is perfect for a couple. Right in the heart of downtown, CVS around the corner, and so many options for food just in walking distance. We would really recommend Colonial Parking that is located right next to the building or Park America that is only a block away. We loved riding the Lime scooters/bikes as well for anything that was farther than 15 minutes of walking distance and we always found them available. We enjoyed the huge TV in the living room, spacious bathroom, and full-length mirror in the room. The unit is on the first floor and in the back corner which was a nice luxury. The building is super quiet and rarely ran into anyone else on our 3-day stay there. We loved Dominick’s easy instructions and friendly hospitality! We found everything that we could need here, thank you Dominick!

Place was just as described and worked out great for a place to stay down the street from the Gaylord.

Being the first guest was a first for me at any air bnb, the setting is extremely peaceful, the yard is an acre with an above ground pool. The host's were absolutely amazing and accommodating going above and beyond with hospitality which meant the world to us! This place and the host's were above and beyond expectations, 10/10 recommend!!

This was my 1st stay in "Margaret" apartment, though I've stayed in this historic home on 2nd floor in "Lena" several times. Margaret is quite large, with a formal living / dining room, large bedroom and huge kitchen. Some highlights for me is the bedroom is very quiet bc of its location & that is a huge benefit in downtown Frederick. The king-size bed is the BEST Airbnb bed I've ever experienced. phenomenally comfortable with plush bedding. Living room is beyond elegant with upscale furniture and spectacular antique touches (grandfather clock, etc). The kitchen is huge & has wonderful breakfast table. It has vibes from 1940's in upscale setting. Love the bathroom (bathtub huge plus). Only suggestion for future guests is to bring a small fan, as the only window A/C is in bedroom & there is no moving air in LR, and it's where TV is located, so it's a much-used room. I use a small fan (bring from home) and it helps airflow quite a bit. A wonderful stay & no stairs required!!!

The place was exactly as described—very organized and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, just a short distance from many activities and landmarks in Washington, DC. The neighborhood is also very friendly and felt safe throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, about one (1) block from the Downtown Mall and just around the corner from Court Square. Lots of restaurants and shops in close proximity. The private reserved parking spot in the back was a big help. We had a fantastic dinner at Lampo, nice lunch outside at Rapture, and the nearby Market Street Wine Shop is well worth a visit. Our dog also enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood. We would certainly stay at William's place again.

Hosts were fantastic, responsive and friendly! The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. This place is an absolute gem hidden in the city.

I loved the cabin, it is very well located near the mountain for skiing and the river behind gives you a lot of peace, they always answered my questions on time and were always willing to help! It seemed like a perfect rest to me.

Beckham is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. His place is exactly what he describes it as- an easy, inexpensive and comfortable place for families traveling with dogs. We have a large dog and the house and yard were perfect for his high energy.

This place was really clean and tastefully decorated. There were lots of amenities - everything from bbq sauce to shampoo - that helped our vacation go smoothly. The many bedrooms are spacious and comfortable not to mention two of them being master bedrooms with awesome bathrooms attached to them. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Thanks do much for letting us stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! Jim and Debbie were wonderful hosts! They even baked us some bread for our stay and left a high chair for my little ones! If you want a peaceful place to disconnect, you must check it out! They are wonderful people and communicated very quickly. The whole place was unique and reminded me back at home! I can’t wait to revisit in the future!

Great spot. It was technically Walkable to the nearby winery… but it was a long walk and we were lazy so never made it. It was a super short drive to multiple wineries though and multiple restaurants which was nice. It was perfect for what we needed and exactly what we expected and hoped for. The house is a bit dated but for the price it is still a great value and more than I expected at that price range so if you have the right expectations you will be pleasantly surprised. The owners were great communicators, I felt bad not always being available to respond due to how busy we were but they reached out multiple turned to communicate check in and check out procedures as well as give us updates during stay. For the price, I would recommend this place to others!

i don't love people, but Chris and their partner were great and made my stay very comfortable. I'd recommend it and the price was very reasonable

Nice place to stay - it’s really convenient to have the washer/dryer in the unit so you can wash your clothes (especially if you’re there for biking/hiking or skiing). Nice living room to hang out in, and the bed was comfortable too. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly.

Jim was a great host! Our condo was amazing and we had such a great time! Check in and check out was easy and Jim answered quickly with any questions we had!!

My wife and I had a great time visiting Northern Virginia. Emanuel is an exceptional host who made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We will gladly come back if we return to the area.

There are several highlights of Michelle's Airbnb. First of all, it's clean and quiet. I am a light sleeper and very sensitive to noise, dirt, and heat. But I slept quite well and felt safe and comfortable. Second, it is well furnished, equipped, and decorated. Michelle likes gardening and I enjoyed reading and having my breakfast and dinner in the small yard (who can miss the nice weather in Virginia?!). The commute is also easy-I was here for research and it only took me 1 hour to get to Library of Congress by bus and metro. Harris Teeter, CVS, and some good Latino restaurants are also within walking distance. But the biggest highlight is Michelle herself! She is so welcoming and accommodating. Kitchen and pantry are very accessible. She also allowed me to use her TV to watch subscribed channels. I was happy to make friends with her dog Buck. I would say my experience here is beyond my expectation. I felt so much blessed living here. Trust me-you won't regret booking it!

Awesome AirBnb! Was nervous traveling to DC for an extended period of time, but this was a great place to stay! Very comfortable queen size bed in the main bedroom. Twin size futon may not be the most comfortable option for some, but an air mattress is provided incase! Kitchen was very handy and stocked with simple essentials to cook and serve. Felt right at home with clean bathroom and laundry system. Host was responsive and created an accommodating environment to relax. Would definitely stay again if I’m in town!
