The place was so nice, just like the pictures and so clean and location is very convenient, near to super markets, pharmacy, metro and bus stations.. The host answers any questions very fast and is very kind. I loved this place.

What a great resort with so much to do. The condo was spacious and very accommodating as well! We enjoyed it very much. Kani is very communicative as well.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

Very nice place- tranquil and peaceful- we were there for a graduation in Lynchburg- was great to be staying in an area that was not congested. Scenery is beautiful. The efficiency was the right size for us. Ability to bring our small dog was an added bonus

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time taking a vacation for Christmas and the entire trip was phenomenal. The room was updated and looked much better than the pictures. There is a ton of things to do onsite and nearby. Rooms are assigned at check in. You really don’t have to leave the resort unless you just want to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Andy was a fantastic host and was available as needed. We had an all-around excellent Christmas vacation for a great price!

We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a wonderful time. This Airbnb was probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We arrived via train and walked from the station (20 minutes) to bnb and took an Uber on our way back. Both super swift and efficient. We used the LIME scooters mostly to get around (10-20 minutes ride to museums) and it was super convenient that we were able to park them right beside the bnb. The space was super airy, natural light, and felt very safe -with a code to get into the building and another to get into the apartment. We felt super welcomed by 4 waters in the fridge for us as well. A few cons that are not deal breaker but good to take note of -Lower water pressure -Noisy street (dogs, traffic, city noise) but a sound maker may drain a lot of that out -WiFi connectivity was hard for us (but we did not inquire about it either) -Noisy washer/dryer -but it works well and was so amazing to have!

What a great place right near everything DC has to offer! We walked to the White House, mall, restaurants, and all over town from this great location. The apartment is clean and communication was easy. This is a great place to stay if you want to be right near everything!

I had an amazing experience staying at this home. From the moment I booked, the host was responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful—providing clear check-in instructions. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the little touches—like fresh towels and coffee—made it feel like home. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to several great restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I’d absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

Wow, words and pictures are so insufficient to accurately describe the view from this home. When we arrived and got a glimpse of the spectacular vista, we decided at that moment we would not be going anywhere if we didn’t absolutely have to. And fortuitously Nicholas had a nicely stocked kitchen and pantry! We thoroughly enjoyed taking all our meals in the sunroom and deck. The peace of this mountain retreat, and the continual parade of birds to the feeders, made this an unforgettable stay. This place was well worth every cent, and meeting Nicholas and hearing some of his story was a pleasant bonus. We will long remember our stay here, and look forward to future visits! What a restful retreat and really nice people. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We would live there if possible!!!

Marzie was friendly, courteous and thoughtful. We had two small kids so she left a few toys outside to play with. The place was a good size with two bedrooms, a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit is a basement unit in an old house. That means there is no sound proofing between the house upstairs and your space. I could hear all footsteps while I was still sleeping in bed. It comes with the territory, I guess.

From what I seen on the Airbnb app the place wasn’t what I expected granted yes the place was clean very private and close to so many activities and restaurants just the size of the place wasn’t fully described

Thank you Allison for your hospitality. The accommodations are definitely unique, but functioned well for our situation. The shed was helpful because we were able to lock up our bicycles and have them out of view. Your location is good and works well for bicycle tourists on the C and O towpath and the GAP bike trail. Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.
