My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Our cabin, located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains is uniquely positioned overlooking a large open field where hawks hunt and bears leisurely stroll. Our neighbors have horses that peer over the fence (nosy) pet them but don’t feed them, please. Our cabin was built in 1865 by a Confederate soldier returning from the Civil War. Cozy Cabin on beautiful farmland w/ GOATS!

Cozy cabin - built by my dad and I - located on working farm with ponds, fields, privacy, and wildlife. Working farm crops range from alfalfa, wheat, and corn. There are cattle on the backend of the property. And yes, we have three Nigerian Goats who you can visit with! The farm was part of the Long Family Farm which was land granted to them by Thomas Jefferson in the early 1800's. My father purchased his section of the land late 1980's.
