This is a newly built addition to our property, but is a separate 2 BR apartment with an equipped kitchen/living room and one bathroom. One bed is a queen, one is a double. Your entrance is separate, but we share a courtyard and driveway. The front stoop is just a few steps from your parking spot (there are 5 steps down, and one up) and a balcony in the back that looks over our backyard. Perfect for visiting parents, UVA chapel weddings, med student rotations, and football games. NOTE: The cottage sleeps five adults and the carriage house two adults. Short drive from great local spots along Downtown Cville, UVA Corner, Monticello, Blue Ridge Parkway, The Appalachian Trail, breweries and local wineries. An excellent choice for hosting small gathering with good yard space and pouch.
