Apartment vacation rentals in Sheffield

Our third stay at Laura’s basement flat and definitely won’t be our last! Perfect location for bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre. Parking for just £1.50 and Laura leaves the permit in the flat for you. No issues at all with parking but the added assurance that Laura will move her car for you if needed takes away any stress beforehand. Laura is extremely responsive to messages. We also appreciate that despite it being a bank holiday and a big gig in the city the prices weren’t bumped up and this was still a bargain stay! As others say there’s steps and low ceilings but this is clear in the listing and we’ve never found it a problem. Thank you!

Very spacious and comfortable flat with some excellent views of nearby river and hills. Very convenient to grocery and public transport. With windows on both sides, the flat was light-filled and the breezes were refreshing. Bath and kitchen were very large compared with other airbnb's at the same price. The kitchen had all that was necessary for most types of food preparation and cooking. I would definitely stay at Jonathan's flat again.

This was our seventh visit to George's Place. Everything was just as good as on previous visits. Jane and Howard are excellent hosts and we would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone wishing to visit the area.

Perfect spacious studio! The neighbourhood is excellent, cute shops and cafés, bus stops just minutes away. And Elisabeth was so helpful with local recommendations.

Jack's place was as advertised. We only stopped for one night and it was ideally located for meeting up with our friends.

Great apartment in the city centre. Very close proximity to tram stops, shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for a short or long stay. The host is very responsive and provides very clear instructions for access. Would certainly consider booking again when back in the area.

Amazing location - everywhere we wanted to explore just 5-10 minute walk away - love the area, full of life but quiet to sleep at night. Really light flat, comfortable bed and very clean. Would stay again!

The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

I can’t stress enough how much I would recommend the arty Annexe. Sue and Steve were extremely friendly and personable. The place is absolutely beautiful and was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. There are lots of lovely touches such as fresh eggs, tea, coffee and we even had some homemade flapjacks. Not to mention how comfortable and cosy our stay was. Thank you very much for being such kind and helpful host!

My second time staying here and I’ll no doubt be back again if I’m in area. Such a perfect place to stay with great commuter links if you need them and beautiful walks all around. Really lovely hosts, you couldn’t ask for more.

Great place to stay in Sheffield. 20 min walk into the city centre but only 5 mins to a couple of local independent coffee shops! Flat is quiet and very well maintained. Excellent parking!

Thank you Antonio for an excellent stay! Fantastic value for money, very safe and secure location, easy check in, very responsive and helpful host. Very friendly and polite too. Great shower, massive television and wifi! Only 10 minutes in a taxi to Utilita Arena, and lots of choice of restaurants/eateries eyc in the area. Also dog friendly, and there is a park 2 minutes away which is perfect for walking your pooches! Would highly recommend staying here again to anyone. Thanks again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.
