This stunning house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. On entry level is an open plan large kitchen, dining, lounge area leading onto a spacious deck with breathtaking sea views. There are 2 bedrooms en suite and a seperate toilet. Downstairs are another 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge area leading outside to a braai with a lovely view over the rock pool and garden. Parking for 6 vehicles. There are 3 smart tv's, DSTV, Wifi with back up inverters, dishwasher. This home makes happy memories.

Spacious Cottage on secluded, child-friendly beach

Poynton's Cottage is a beachfront property set in a large, private garden. The cottage has a protected patio where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, and watch bottlenose dolphins surfing the waves. Spend your days swimming, fishing, snorkeling or picking mussels from the nearby rocks. This is one of the few quiet beaches left on the KZN North Coast and with its wonderful rock pools it is ideal for small children. For rainy days, Ballito and Umhlanga are just 10 minutes away.

A freshly renovated, family-oriented, and pet-friendly home in a lovely garden overlooking a green belt. The beach is a short, easy walk away. Open-plan and cool, with aircon in the main area and main bedroom, the house has a covered patio connecting to the private garden, and there's a large gas braai. The smart TV connects to all your streaming channels, plus there's free WiFi throughout. The house is freestanding and private, while no steps means easy access. The property is fully alarmed.

Modern yet homely, situated in a quiet complex. Walking distance to Salt Rock Main beach & tidal pool and a 2-3km drive to main Shopping Malls. 15 Minutes drive to King Shaka Airport. We are pleased to advise that our unit falls within a loadshedding exempt strip. However, in the event of any powerouts we have Inverter back up to run basics.

One bedroomed cottage-private beach access.

My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.
