Poynton's Cottage is a beachfront property set in a large, private garden. The cottage has a protected patio where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, and watch bottlenose dolphins surfing the waves. Spend your days swimming, fishing, snorkeling or picking mussels from the nearby rocks. This is one of the few quiet beaches left on the KZN North Coast and with its wonderful rock pools it is ideal for small children. For rainy days, Ballito and Umhlanga are just 10 minutes away.

Open-plan and cool, with aircon in the main area and main bedroom, the house has a covered patio connecting to the private garden, and there's a large gas braai. The smart TV connects to all your streaming channels, plus there's free WiFi throughout. The house is freestanding and private, while no steps means easy access. The property is fully alarmed.

We are pleased to advise that our unit falls within a loadshedding exempt strip. However, in the event of any powerouts we have Inverter back up to run basics.

Rocky Cove is the perfect choice for a family beach holiday. The house is pet friendly and only a 200m walk to Thompson's Bay Beach. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 single beds in the lounge area. Rock Inn Guesthouse has 2 units on the property so you share the parking area and garden. There is no swimming pool so kids can play freely. Thompson's Bay Beach has shark nets, the tidal pool, rock pools and our famous Hole in the Wall. Fishing off High Rock is an absolute treat.

One bedroomed cottage-private beach access.

My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.
