The property consists of a large bedroom, bathroom with shower (no bath) downstairs a significant open plan living space including kitchenette. The property has a private drive behind electric gates and EV charging but please inquire about availability and cost. The village also has a local pub that serves food, a Chinese take away and a village shop

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Orchard Studio is the recently renovated annex to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There are sliding doors onto a private patio with wonderful views over the orchard, and local countryside; there is access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland
