Ceiling-height windows and French doors give sweeping views of the creek – as does the private patio. Perfect for couples - with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and private parking. Tuckenhay has two renowned waterside inns – ideal for a hearty meal after a country walk.

Beautiful wooden lodge hideaway
Tucked under a beautiful Oak tree, in the grounds of our house, Oak Lodge offers a secluded hideaway, ideally situated on the main road 1 mile from the quirky market town of Totnes, a perfect touring base! Accommodation is comfortable log cabin style. Fully centrally heated to keep you cosy in the cooler months! 2 double bedrooms, shower room and open plan kitchen/living space, the perfect retreat. Outside is a grassy area for relaxing. A perfect place for your break away, with private parking!

Timberly Lodge in the riverside village
The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Sandridge Barton Vineyard is a 25-minute walk away.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel
Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

Twill’s Studio
Twill’s Studio is self contained and situated in the picturesque village of Ashprington, an area of ANOB. The accommodation is next door to my home and is approached down a country lane adjacent to a working farm. It comprises of a kitchenette area with fridge, 2 ring hob, a microwave/oven a toaster, kettle and cafetière. The Studio is 3 miles from Totnes and ideally situated between coast and Dartmoor. There are beautiful walks along the Dart Estuary and the village pub is a short walk away.

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes
Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
