I had a wonderful staying in this beautiful apartment. The assistance is unmatched. Extremely cleaned, there is everything that is needed for a staying. Really really suggested.

Worth every penny PERIODT. This place was immaculate it was the best Airbnb I think I have ever stayed at since I’ve started using the app for 10 years. Host was super cool and responsive we got a chance to meet Frank at the pool who was super friendly and gave us local recommendations. I look forward to the next stay. The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!

Great stay! The location was perfect—close to the Burj Khalifa with a beautiful pool view. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing, allowed early check-in, and were always available when needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and check-in was easy and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the great opportunity to use the rooftop pool and bar at the Paramount Hotel — the views and the location are simply amazing. The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing — if not better. The views of the Marina were absolutely stunning, especially at night! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. It was the ideal base for exploring Dubai. The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like the gym and pool. Our host was fantastic — super responsive, friendly, and helpful with great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home the entire time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Dubai Marina. We’d definitely come back again!

This is a great apartment. Welcoming and clean. fabulous pools and facilities. The 24 hour reception team and valet parking are second to none.

Definitely will be coming back here again. The apartment was amazing, spacious and had a small balcony with a great view. It’s so easy to get to places from here and you’re conveniently close to Dubai Marina Mall. Walid was also an excellent host and made me feel right at home.

The apartment was as advertised with great views of the Burj Khalifa and a 10 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The place is very clean, modern and is in a great downtown location. Nimisha and Reynard were very proactive with their communication and had some nice touches to make our stay a nice one. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time here and highly recommend this place!

Accomodation corresponded to our expectations from the photos and the description. Even though we arrived late at night (2 a.m.) and had troubles finding the building in the handful of skyscrapers in Dubai, the communication with the owner and his assistant was prompt and helpful. The biggest advantages were very comfortable beds and the possibility to relax in the jacuzzi after a tiring day. We also loved the access in the apartment straight from the parking lot by private lift. It made life so much easier. Not to forget the perfect cleanness of the apartment. Our family had a great time and would love to come back in the future.
