We had a great time in the flat, it was spacious, clean and well ventilated. Its location was excellent, near the corniche, lots of restaurants, pharmacies, shops etc was around at walkable distance Would definitely contact if we came to Sharjah again.

My experience at AYA Stay was incredible. The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. But what made it truly unforgettable was Navruza — kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her personal touch made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one felt like home. We had an incredible time at this apartment, and everything was spot-on! Yuri was a superstar, always there to help with every little need, making our stay super smooth, especially with our baby. The house is so comfy, with beautiful views from every room that just wow you. Everything looks fantastic, clean, and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you. The place is great — I think it was recently renovated because everything inside the apartment looks new. It has a balcony, which I really liked, with a great view especially during the sunset. The apartment is located at JBR Beach, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s a market inside the building with many other markets and pharmacies nearby. The apartment was clean when we checked in. Our host Alexander was very responsive to our messages and he was very supportive to make our stay pleasant. One thing to note is that the car parking space is a bit tight for long cars Overall the experience was good, thank you!

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. Murat was a fantastic host—responsive, courteous, and made sure everything was seamless. I felt at home from the moment I arrived. This will be my go-to place whenever I’m in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

The villa stay was absolutely wonderful! The surroundings were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and great entertainment areas, making the stay incredibly enjoyable. The outdoor scenery was stunning—whether relaxing in the garden or on the terrace, it was truly a peaceful experience. Plus, it was just a 2-minute walk to the private beach, which was a fantastic bonus. The host was warm and attentive, providing exceptional service that made the stay even more delightful. If given the chance, I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

I got what I really expected, communication was great and meeting my requirements was precise. It was such a smooth stay.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

We can’t thank Mohamed enough for his great hospitality, friendly communication and all the thoughtful gestures! My family stayed there for 38 days and they enjoyed every single day of their entire stay. The place is very clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are many great restaurants, bakeries and shops either at the same building or within a very short walking distance! We will definitely come back and we give Mohamed’s place our highest possible recommendations!
