Everything was exactly as described, a very comfortable stay with all amenities and the best restaurants within 2 mins walk. The swimming pool was a welcome break from the heat

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. We had a great stay at this Apartment. Location is great with good restaurants, a mall and the beach nearby. The check-in instructions were great and we felt right at home.

A perfect stay in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Th8 Apartments is part of the Th8 Hotel building and consists of private apartments with underground parking and concierge service. Residents and guests can use all the hotel facilities (two swimming pools + children's pool, restaurant, café, gym). Our one-month stay left us with wonderful memories. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen island, a maid's room with a third separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The balcony faces west so you can enjoy the setting sun every day. There is a smart TV and a router with a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, Nespresso machine, milk frother, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The apartment itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located and with great access to hotel amenities and nearby spots. Everything came together to make the stay effortlessly enjoyable. I looked and read every review under the sun before settling on a place for our Dubai trip with 3 kids. Look no further, this place is incredible. The views are worth every penny and the location is unbeatable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the team was very responsive. The building is beautiful and has great security. Our kids loved waking up and strolling down to the beach followed by the pool right after. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Dubai!

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only the corridor needs an additional long thin carpet, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

Thank you so much, Hulkar! Wonderful accommodation, Hulkar is a great host of the apartment! Apartment for 4 people (two adults and two children) - very comfortable. The sea, the beach - I've never seen anything like it. Very few people, always swam alone. Sometimes locals come when it's not so hot. But, in any case, it is a huge, enormous beach area for relaxation. Delicious, unusual food: hot cheese pie, falafel, interesting Pakistani and Arabic dishes in local cafes. We cooked for the children ourselves, took groceries, although all the groceries could be bought in the excellent Day to day store, which Hulkar advised us! We recommend all Russians, especially families with children, to stay at Hulkar! Thank you, Hulkar, so much! We wish your children health, and your family - prosperity! Stay healthy and wait for us again!

Great host, apartment was very clean. We had an issue with the Aircon, but host was very responsive and got it resolved quickly. Helpful and friendly, highly recommend Rim!

One of the best accommodation options in Dubai! First of all – the location. Then the concept of the hotel itself – modern, well-thought-out, and convenient. The interior, renovation, furniture, room comfort – everything was excellent. There is a 24/7 concierge and all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay. The staff from the rental company are amazing – always responsive and quick to solve any issues. Another great feature is the flexible cancellation policy: if you leave earlier, you can cancel and get a refund. That was a pleasant surprise! But the real highlight is the panoramic view from the window and the balcony – that’s the biggest and most unforgettable advantage. We also stayed at other Avani apartments and the hotel before – nothing compares. We also tried an apartment in JBR – but this service feels just like a hotel, only better. Highly recommended! And big thanks to the rental company and the team for such a great experience and service. Wishing them success!
