Beautiful flat in a quiet & convenient location, within easy walking ( or bus stops nearby) distance of Haymarket & the West End. Large rooms containing a stylish living and dining room and comfortable bedrooms ( nice views to well kept gardens). The shower - room and kitchen are smaller and have everything required for a home from home stay.

Tanya was super responsive and a great host. The condo is in a fun area and not far from the city center. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Super leilighet og vert! Det var rett og slett trist å dra derifra. Vi elsker alt - de grønne plantene, hagen, det flotte furugulvet, vinduene med shutters, den koselige stuen, utsikten fra kjøkkenet og ikke minst det sjarmerende badet med blyglass i døren. Dette er en perle, en skatt av en leilighet. Vi har bodd på skrå over gaten for en del år siden og er godt kjent med området. Dette er stedet for den som liker å bo litt rolig, men likevel sentralt. Området preges av hyggelige kafeer, små butikker, restauranter og parker, alt i gangavstand til sentrum. Tusen takk for oss James. Vi håper du fortsetter med utleie, for vi kommer garantert tilbake neste år 🕊️

Kleines gemütliches Appartement in ruhiger Lage. Über die Bahnverbindung ist das Zentrum super zu erreichen oder man kann zu Fuß Portobello erkunden. Jamie war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert.

We really enjoyed our stay in Barry’s apartment. It was clean, comfortable and easily accessible, exactly as described in the listing and ideal for our stay in Edinburgh. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und vor allem mit der lieben Gastgeberin! Sowohl Checkin und Checkout waren sehr einfach und flexibel. Die Wohnung ist total süß. Das Bett nur für meinen 1,98 großen Freund und mich etwas zu klein aber wir kamen gut klar. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos und hat alles was man braucht. Man erreicht super das City Center Edinburghs, da die Busse 2 Minuten entfernt alle 5 Minuten abfahren und das schöne ist, das man durch die etwas weitere Lage auch andere Teile der Stadt sieht, was ich immer schön finde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele und auch Cafés und Restaurants wenn man nicht in der Stadt essen will. Vielen Dank liebe Alanna das wir bei dir unterkommen konnten. Wir hatten eine wertvolle und schöne Zeit !

Lovely flat, very well equipped with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thoughtful little touches such as sweets, drinks, and breakfast basics for late arrivals were much appreciated. Convenient bus connections. The host was extremely kind and friendly.

Shuwaib and Ranim were very kind and super helpful. The flat has a beautiful park view from the kitchen and it is lovely to walk through the neighborhood—a nice break from the busy Old Town and New Town.

I arrived at the flat after 10pm and so was especially grateful for crystal clear and easy instructions for access. The stairs are a bit of a hike for anyone not used to living in a walk up, but I’m a not especially athletic 66 and was fine even with my carry-on suitcase & large backpack. The place gets 5 stars from me for the super-responsive, pleasant, and helpful host and the lovely residential but fun neighborhood, perfect for the working traveller who prefers local charm. Breakfast at Romina & a leisurely cappuccino with my iPad at Books ‘n Cups was the ideal way to start a day when I did not have to be anywhere until late morning. I made a venison steak for dinner just so I could feel a little local by patronizing the charming butcher shop around the coroner from the flat. A couple of local bars (side by side) stay open until “late.” There’s a range of ethnic & other restaurants, & several book shops, including Rare Birds, which specializes in women authors (get the name?).

This was a lovely stay. Our host was thoughtful in setting up the space and added little things that made our trip easy like laundry soap, fresh ground coffee, large towels set out in each guest room. It was definitely luxury and we felt very welcome in her home. Just far enough away to be quiet and spacious while still making the city accessible we walked everywhere except dinner out one evening.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I can not recommend it higher and I will cherish the memories forever

Es war ein sehr schöner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt - die Kommunikation mit Thomas war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich!

Annie's flat was lovely, located on the first floor. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs near by. All very nice. The flat was exactly as described and the facilities were great and we had all the cutlery required to cook meals too. Bus stops into town and the airport were right outside. We walked into the city too which was very pleasant. The neighbourhood felt very safe.

We booked it to stay over for my son's wedding at The Den. Jonathan always responded quickly and accommodated our earlier check in request. No issues finding the property - the directions are easy to follow. The property was clean. There isn't any wardrobe space which is fine for a couple of nights, but would mean living out of your case if staying longer. Doesn't bother me, but might bother some.

This was my favourite stay on Airbnb so far. Mark was an incredible host, with great communication, clear instructions and generosity with everything (we made full use of the Nespresso machine 😂). The flat itself was beautiful, very nicely decorated. you can tell just from looking at it that a lot of thought and effort went into it, has a lot of personality, and quite clear that mark uses it himself as well. would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't mind the slightly higher price and a few flights of stairs :)

Great value Airbnb. Very well equipped. Lovely to get breakfast products. Beds were comfy, Inc the sofa bed. The outside space was a bonus. Great walks. Straightforward bus service to explore further afield. Lots of local walks, pubs and food options. Rosie couldn’t do enough for us. A great weekend. Thank you Rosie.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Was a good place and close to restaurants and the station. Had come for a conference and was very easy to commute to the international centre. Very reasonable prices as well! We had a good time. Thank you
