Looking to the left, you can even see the Intracoastal waterway. Bring your boat and tie off to the floating dock (boat launch is a short 4 minute drive). Crabbing & fishing galore off the dock! Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
