Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..

12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway. We are animal lovers and will allow adult house broken dogs under 20 lbs for an additional fee. Pete is a retired chef and his famous smoked pimento cheese and Ritz crackers await all quests.
