Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat ride, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock watching the sunset. Newly available at our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up your body after a long day. In the evening, you'll be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Small House & Sauna with a View / 30 minutes from Prague

Enjoy your stay in a small, modern house with a breathtaking view of the rocky valley of the Vltava River, located in a forest on a rock, directly above St. Kilian's Island, where one of the first male monasteries in the Czech lands was founded in 999. Sauna and outdoor hot tub are available. There is a dedicated parking space, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk downhill along a footpath. You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a regular walk in the local forest.

Dům postaven cca 1830 na základech středověké brány do města na cestě "Svatá Anna" z Čelkovic, leží těsně pod hradbami na jižním svahu nad údolím řeky Lužnice, 2 minuty pěšky od hlavního náměstí. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

The apartment is about 1 min. walk from the bus stop with direct connection to the center (the bus ride takes about 9 min).

No intricacies await you in this quiet place in the middle of the action. Important notice: Starting in May 2026, construction work (utility network reconstruction) will be carried out on the street. Access to the property will be more difficult for the duration of the renovation. You will need to find parking in the surrounding area.
