The apartment is located on the first floor of the house in a quiet place called Sevid. The apartment contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with one queen-size bed and an extendable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dish machine, and all the needed utensils. Both from the living room and bedroom, you can access two balconies overlooking the sea. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

The ground floor has a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a toilette, living room, kitchen, dining room, larder and a sauna with a shower. All rooms lead out to a roofed terrace with a heated pool, deck chairs, barbecue and a garden. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and with exits to a terrace with a Jacuzzi, mini-gym and a table and chairs for rest and relaxation. The house has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi covering all the rooms and terraces.

Villa Rita IV is located in a very nice place in Sevid with a beautiful view of the islands. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool with electrolysis, jacuzzi on the upper terrace, barbecue, Play Station 4, two E-MTB, ICOCAR (electric golf cart), children's playground, volleyball court, basketball court, table tennis, two SUP boards and exercise machines on the upper terrace overlooking the sea. We also have a mooring for boats up to 10 meters (buoy mooring).
