Vacation rentals with lake access in Setúbal

Le challenge était de taille, trouver un logement pour des vacances en famille avec 14 personnes, de 1 à 61 ans. Le logement a été plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes. La maison est très grande, ce qui a permis à chacun d'avoir de l'espace, très fonctionnelle, et bien équipée. La décoration est atypique et a son charme, on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Jorge, l'hôte, a été très réactif depuis le début. Venir au Portugal avec une grande famille, il fallait des certitudes, et il a su nous rassurer, vis à vis du logement, mais aussi de l'emplacement. Il nous a reçu à une heure très tardive dans la nuit, avec le sourire, et la bonne humeur. Il a été adorable tout le long de notre séjour, et nous le remercions infiniment car grâce à sa gentillesse et sa maison nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables. Dernier petit remerciement, sur les conseils de Jorge, nous avons fait appel au chef Edouardo, @pseudorestaurante, qui a su nous régaler avec des plats locaux.

We really enjoyed our stay - the house is nice and spacious, the plot is wonderful, big, quiet and so green. The area is within easy drive to Comporta, but so much more green and private. There are horses and tennis courts at the property which we really enjoyed.

We arrived late at night and where we are from, graffiti indicates a rough area so we were a bit concerned. During the day though, the scene showed its true colours and everyone local was amazing to us. The place itself was spotless, the bathroom was hidden in what looked like a pantry and we had a good laugh about thinking we were crazy for not being able to see a bathroom. I would definitely spend an extended stay here in the future.

Mariana’s home in Comporta was perfect in every way. Right in town, walkable to all the shops restaurants and bikes to the beach. She and her property manager were incredibly accommodating, hospitable and responsive. The home was beautiful, spacious, well maintained and had every amenity. I would love to stay here again and again and again. It truly made our trip to Comporta special and memorable. Thank you Mariana and Patricia!

I cannot express how lovely Antonio and Maria are! They were so accommodating to our late flight. They gave us a warm welcome. When we arrived, they directed us to a restaurant because we were all so hungry and hadn’t eaten due to getting in late. The place was beautiful and fully equipped. It had everything!! They left toys for my kids. There was plenty of space for my family and I! The surroundings were gorgeous and the beach that was a 2 minute drive was stunning. Maria and Antonio came to fix the dishwasher when it wasn’t working and they went above and beyond for me. I would absolutely stay here again. And it wasn’t far from Lisbon or Sesimbra (which was also gorgeous). Thank you for such a wonderful stay and being so accommodating xxxx

Anthony's accomodation was extremely beautiful and spacious. For everyone of us privacy is extremely important and we had it there all the time. House was clean and marvellous. Swimming pools was great. Anthony was a great host and was answering our questions very quickly. We would strongly reccomend this place to individuals or families and friends who want to relax and have a lovely time.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen im Haus von Luis und Carla. Sehr nettes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, Pool und schönem Garten. Viele gemütliche Plätze zum sitzen rund um das Haus. Am besten kommt man mit dem Auto, so kann man schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Der Strand südlich der Lagune hat uns am besten gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal!

Wir haben uns in diesem kleinen Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt, perfekte Lage um Lissabon von dort aus zu erkunden. Die Größe ist ideal für zwei Personen 👍🏻

L'appartamento di Luis Felipe è molto accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Mio marito ed io siamo molto soddisfatti. D'altra parte eravamo già stati lí anni fa e si è confermata un'ottima scelta.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ruben’s place! From start to finish, Ruben was an exceptional host — responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really made a difference in my experience. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable — exactly as described (if not better!). It had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. What stood out most was Ruben’s hospitality. He was always quick to respond to any questions and offered great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests having the best experience possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Ruben’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

A experiência na casa foi simplesmente incrível. O ambiente é extremamente calmo e privado, super aconchegante, familiar e muito confortável, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia perfeita. Como se isso não bastasse, fomos recebidos com um mimo de boas-vindas que nos fez sentir ainda mais especiais. Para fechar com chave de ouro, tivemos a oportunidade de ver perfeitamente os fogos de artifício. A Renata esteve sempre disponível para nos ajudar!!❤️

Óptimas férias em Tróia! As fotos disponíveis na altura da reserva não fazem justiça ao apartamento. É espaçoso e tem uma varanda enorme. A localização é fantástica (apenas algum barulho dos bares à 6f e Sábado à noite, mas nada extraordinário). O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para a estadia. Não tem máquina de lavar roupa, mas se necessário existe uma lavandaria self-service muito perto. Para informação de quem vai com bagagem pesada: existem elevadores na entrada principal da banda! O Hélio e esposa foram super prestáveis durante todo o processo! Recomendo!

We stayed in the upstairs department of the house and had the garden to ourselves. We stayed there a full month with our cat, because of a medical treatment I had to undergo in Lisbon. Agostinha really makes an effort to make you feel at home with some welcome presents. The place is very nice and cozy decorated. Great large bathroom! In the night with the window slightly open you can hear the ocean from your bed. Which I really loved. We walked to the ocean as often as we could. It is a 6 minute walk to the dunes if you know the shortest route. Agostinha is very kind and very active in her communication. I really recommend staying with her.

Magnifique appartement, de grands espaces aéré, de belles vues et décoré avec goût. Très lumineux et propre. Transport en commun facile d'accès et très proche. Emplacement idéale, entre la plage le mignon village d Almada et le centre de Lisbonne. Un appartement parfait pour un séjour près de Lisbonne

Lovely, quiet area, not too far from Comporta. Big house with lots of room.

Wir waren fast 14 Tage in Davids Haus. Wir waren als fast 80-jährige Mieter von Davids Unterstützung in allen Fragen begeistert. Auch für unser Chico-Hund war toll gesorgt. Wenn wir nochmals in die Gegend kommen würden würden wirwieder Davids Haus buchen ! Ein absolutes Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The house was very well located, close to the beach with a parking lot closeby We have enjoyed our time and particularly the barbecue. If you are doing kitesurf it’s a very nice spot, just in front of one of the spots so you can go walking.

We hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Het huisje is echt mooi ingericht met veel ruimte en de tuin is echt fantastisch. De jacuzzi was de kers op de taart. Er stond een heerlijk zelfgebakken brood klaar met jam en een fles wijn. Heel attent.

Francisca for me really is a superhost. From the beginning until we left she was always there for us with helpful information concerning the house oder things you can do around in this Area. A big big thank you for letting us live in your home. We enjoyed really a lot . The house which is a littler bit older but has lots of charme has two bigger sleeping rooms and one smaller children room, so it is perfect for a family with two to four or even five children( there is even a baby bed ) . The house has a nice atmosphere and the garden ist perfect to play badminton or other games . The Area is perfect if you like to play golf, because the courses are in walking distance . For all the other things you need a car . A small super market is two minutes away with the car . The beaches of Fonta de Telha oder Costa da Caparica you reach in 10 Minutes with the car, to Lisbon you need about twenty minutes, if there’s a normal traffic, so for us this was strategically the best place to start our activities . We would come back anytime to have our holidays here again . Thomas Schneider

We thoroughly enjoyed Nunos place, the location is excellent and the surroundings are picturesque and peaceful. The home is well equipped, comfortable and an enjoyable place to spend time. Nuno was excellent at communicating and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning.
