Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Settignano

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Simona’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked, the entire space was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated having the washer/dryer combo—it made things so convenient.

Staying at the apartment was like being in an Italian townhouse in a private courtyard. We were able to walk into the Florence centre and also to the Michaelangelo Piazza. That being said, you can also catch the C2, C3 and 14 bus from close by. We stayed for six days. It was lovely eating in the courtyard. The apartment had a nice mezzanine level which I liked to read in. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom was modern and spotless. I highly recommend staying here.

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

If you are someone who values cleanliness, this is the place for you! This lovely unit is impeccably clean, stocked with quality amenities, offers a comfy bed, relaxing shower and is peaceful and quiet. It truly feels like a home away from home after long days touring the beautiful city of Florence. It is located near numerous restaurants, shops, stunning parks and is a quick walk to all the places we came to see. Upon arrival, we were met by Laura and Paolo, who carried our bags up and took just the right amount of time to explain the ins and outs of the unit and neighborhood to us. They even presented us with a bottle of local red wine! Staying here was a highlight and our only wish during our stay was that it could be longer! Thank you, Laura and Paolo.

This is your place for Florence! It was a perfect 2/2. Both rooms were really equal. Both bedrooms just outside the main bedroom and both with nice windows to open. Only one had the small patio for two people to enjoy. The location was great. You could do Taxi or Uber or even walk to main areas within 10 minutes. Our host met us to go over checkin and we were able to check in with luggage 2 hours early. The train was a 10 min walk, not bad with luggage unless you overpack like I did. Don’t do it. One backpack and one rolling luggage is all you need. Oh, the beds-wow!!!! They were nice and had beautiful bedding to help you sleep well. My 50th in Florence was epic!

Exceptional apartment. For those that visit Florence regularly, you will appreciate just how exceptional the apartment is - felt like a boutique hotel (not a typical airbnb). The location is also great to most major sites. The hosts were super helpful and allowed an early check in. Definitely would visit again!

Marco is very sweet, he greeted us and explained basic house rules and is very responsive with questions. He gave us amazing food recommendations in Florence that we tried as well. The place itself is super nice, spacious, clean.

Non posso fare altro spendere buone parole per questa esperienza fantastica e complimentarmi con Riccardo per la gestione che riserva ai suoi clienti che tratta come fossero amici di vecchia data. Tutto perfetto..posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da Greve in Chianti,e circondato da aziende agricole e vigneti,ottima pulizia e alloggio molto molto particolare e curato nel dettaglio,sia all'interno che all'esterno dove si ha a disposizione il parcheggio coperto per la macchina e un grandissimo giardino che offre una visuale mozzafiato e panoramica sulla vallata. Riccardo disponibilissimo a chiarire ogni aspetto non solo riguardo la sua struttura ma anche di tutto ciò che lo circonda,pronto a consigliarvi e a darvi spiegazioni e indicazionii di ogni genere per rendere ottimale il vostro soggiorno. Quando tornerò da quelle parti passerò sicuramente a trovarlo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa per un week end fra amici. La posizione é perfetta per raggiungere Firenze in pochi minuti. L'alloggio é incantevole, con tutti i comfort a disposizione per passare un soggiorno memorabile. L'host é stato da subito disponibile e gentile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Als je Florence wilt bezoeken , overnacht dan hier . Compact, elegant, schoon en bus 10 on de hoek net als 2 barretjes en 2 goede restaurants. Je auto kan voor de deur en die heb je niet nodig. ook is de Essalunga voor boodschappen in de buurt. We hebben van het verblijf genoten, fijne host.! aanrader

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

Simply the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Giampaolo is the best host. He has anticipated traveler’s every need with a well stocked home away from home. He provided valuable advice on area restaurants, bars, museums, etc. And the location is amazing! Everything is within walking distance and being able to open the windows and hear the sounds of this vibrant city was wonderful. Thank you Giampaolo for a terrific stay! We hope to be back soon!

Barbara’s place in Florence was our favorite during our trip through Italy. Great location, easy to walk to every place on our itinerary, and a perfect fit for me, my wife, and our two teenage daughters. We highly recommend!

What a perfect apartment located steps away from the Duomo! It is so close to everything, but tucked away on a charming street so it is nice and quiet and the perfect respite after a day of walking around. Spacious, chic and spotlessly clean - our family of four felt super comfortable and absolutely loved our stay! The elevator made getting our luggage into the apartment seamless. And Giulio was extremely responsive to any of our questions and made check-in super easy, even including a generous welcome gift. We will absolutely return to this excellent apartment on our future visits!

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

What a wonderful stay! This is my favorite neighborhood in Florence - still central enough to walk everywhere, but removed from the glut of the tourists near the very center, a mix of lively and calm. Literally everything you would want in a less than 5 minute walking radius. The apartment itself is spacious (more so than even the pictures depict!), extremely clean, inviting, a joy to spend quiet time in, and has everything and more that you would need for a stay in the city. Aida is expeditiously responsive and helpful for anything you would need, check in was flexible and as easy as it comes! It's all positives with this place, I would recommend to everyone that comes to Florence! :)

Excellent séjour chez Massimiliano. Le logement est bien situé, joli, facile d’accès, bien équipé et d’une propreté impeccable ! La communication avec Massimiliano est rapide et sympathique. Un seul point négatif, à cause du bruit de la circulation pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres… néanmoins le séjour fut fort agréable !

Pictures don’t do justice. Best B&B in Florence by far. Costanza the host was very nice and accommodating. Everything was perfect, will stay here in the future.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient.
