This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Comfortable near Florence

Renovated apartment, with three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, dining room and kitchenette, a cozy terrace, and a private garden. Located in a very quiet street in the town centre, very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants, and just a few minutes from the highway and the airport. Bus stop is 100 meters away, train station is just 300 metres away and a 15 minute journey into the city centre of Florence from where you can easily travel to all destinations in Tuscany (and Italy).

In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. The entire apartment is available, not shared and you will be able to self check in. The apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Florence - just at Palazzo Pitti only a footwalk to all other main sides such as Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The apartment lies in the fourth floor and unfortunately without an elevator, but you will have enough space to relax after an exciting day in the city Center.
