With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Welcome to our apartment on the outskirts of Wasmuthhausen, which was newly renovated in 2022! In a rural atmosphere you can relax, hike, go cycling and much more. On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping niche. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are available directly from the farm. Bed linen is available on request at an extra charge. Towels are included.

Im Sommer lädt die überdachte Lounge mit Sonnenschutz ein. Am Brünnlein genießen Sie Wein, Bier oder Ihre Lektüre und lauschen dem Vogelgezwitscher aus dem Schlosspark. Übrigens: 95 % unseres Stroms und Warmwassers werden selbst erzeugt

Escape alone, for couples or cozy gatherings with friends - our adults only former farm estate in a secluded location offers the perfect setting. The "fisherman's cottage" is located directly on the waterfront and the sunbathing area. You are surrounded by nature and animals - countless wild birds (some of them nest in the beams, we even have turret falcons), ducks, chickens, geese, peacocks... dogs, cats and horses are also among the residents.
