Vacation rentals with a patio in Serres

The place was easy to find. It was quiet most of the time (there were brief periods of noise from the nearby construction site). It was very convenient that in less than 10min walking time you were at the beach or a restaurant. It was clean and had a baby crib which was important for us. The hosts let us check in earlier whuch was awesome! We are verg grateful for that! Whenever we had any questions they were very helpful and friendly and helped us in a timely manner! Thank you again!

Ev şimdiye kadar kiraladiğım en temiz ve düzenli airbnb evi idi. Bir rozet hakediyor. Bu küçük ve yeni daire bulundugu yerleşke içerisinde en iyi konuma sahip daire idi. Havuza bir adım olmasına rağmen havuza girenler olduğunda yeterli mahremiyet sağlıyordu. Ev sahipleri giriş ve çıkısta bize gerekli olan esnekliği sağladılar. Her ne kadar ihtiyaç duymasak da herhangi bir sorunumuzda orada olduklarını hissettirdiler. Evin konumu hem hareketli ofrinia sahiline çok yakın hem de sessiz, sakin zaman geçirmek için gerekli özelliklere sahipti. Uzun ya da kısa konaklamalar için evde her türlü donanım bulunmakta idi. Evin konumu hem ana yola hem kumsala hem restoranlara hem de yerel ve zincir marketlere yürüme mesafeainde idi Girişte ihtiyaç olmamasına rağmen evsahipleri bizi karşıladı ve herşeyin yolunda olduğundan emin olmak istedi. Ev sahibi ile ingilizce rahat bir şekilde iletişim kurduk. Tekrar kalmayı düşünebileceğim ve kalmayı düşünenlere önerebileceğim bir yer. Çok teşekkür ederim.

Very nice and cosy apartment. It's very clean and it has everything that you may need for a holiday. Very close to the beach.

Изключително полезно беше, че домакинът Даниел ни посрещна лично и ни ориентира за околните забележителности. Прекарахме си прекрасен романтичен уикенд, а мястото е едновременно уединено и много близо пеша до ресторанти, магазини и само на 150 м. от дългия, красив плаж на Аспровалта. Мястото е напълно оборудвано и за кратък, и за продължителен престой. Чисто и уютно - чувстваш се като вкъщи. Има безплатен паркинг и много забележителности в околностите на Аспровалта, които си заслужават разглеждането - напр., родното място на Аристотел, Света гора Атон, рибарския залив и т.н. Горещо го препоръчваме за романтична или семейна ваканция. Определено ще се върнем пак с най-голямо удоволствие за повече време. Благодарим за чудесния Св. Валентин, който изкарахме!

Wonderful experience!!! Theodoros was very responsive and helpful host. His. place is very nice and on very quiet area 5 min walking from main street with restaurants and the beach bars. Comfortable and with all needed staff. We had few requests and he managed to finalized it on same day. Great host - thank you for your service. Definitely we will visit it again

we stayed 8 nights in this apartment and we felt excellent. The position of the apartment complex in front of the beach and the promenade street with shops and taverns is very close. the complex is new, the furniture is of high quality and carefully arranged. The appliances are also of high quality. The pool is 9 meters long, but for a morning workout it is welcome. The pool water was warm and very clean. access with pets is allowed, they have a lawn where they can roam. Although I stayed in the second week of September, I had very good beach weather and warm sea water. We drew a winning card this tourism year! And one more thing for fishermen: excellent fishing spots in the sea and in the Old Port of Limani (about 8km away) and in the Struma River.

Удобен апартамент, с чудесна локация близо до центъра на града. Разполага с всичко необходимо за кратък престой с малко дете/бебе. Просторният двор с китна веранда е чудесен плюс за топлите месеци.

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως σε ότι τους ζητήθηκε. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ιδανικό για διαφορετικές οικογένειες καθώς τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν μπάνιο το κάθε ένα ξεχωριστά. Διαθέτει μεγάλη αυλή στην οποία μπορούν να παίξουν μικρά παιδιά.

The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!

Μεγάλο, ολοκαίνουργο, προσεγμένο, φουλ εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα- μεχρι και πλυντήριο πιάτων- ωραια τοποθεσία, αρκετά καθαρό. Το συστήνω! 2 οικογένειες με παιδιά.

По-хубаво е даже от снимките!!! Благодарим за възможността да отседнем толкова близо до морето, което буквално се вижда от стол в градината. Изкарахме страхотна почивка цялото семейство и бебе на 3 месеца. Бихме се върнали отново, за да се насладим на пълноценна почивка.

Όλα ήταν ακριβώς όπως τα περιμέναμε. Είχαμε ξανά μείνει στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και σίγουρα θα το ξανά επιλέξουμε και στο μέλλον. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.
