There was no issue during our stay. The apparent is as described and very central but quite and peaceful in the same time.

Clean space, comfortable apartment even for two people, fully equipped for anything one might want. It is located in a quiet area on the first floor of an apartment building, and there is a parking space on the plot. The distance from the city center is just 1.3km, on foot you are there in 12-15 minutes. The communication with the owner was more than satisfactory, polite and available for any questions that may have existed.

Very friendly host, we had a really good time here, the view from the balcony is very nice, we would definitely come back.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful house with friends. The location is perfect, everything is nearby, the first line from the sea, quiet. The house is equipped with everything you need, dishes, linens, snow-white towels, fumigators. The house is not hot. Very cozy spacious balcony, sun loungers and umbrellas on the roof, it is very beautiful to meet the sunrise and watch the sun at sunset in the mountains. We arrived late and was no longer able to go to the store after a long journey, we were very pleased with welcome fruits and wine. It felt like we were expected as our favorite guests, even though it was our first time staying in this home. Everything was great, we would love to come back again and recommend this house to friends. Thank you for your hospitality to the host and his dad.

The apartment is beautiful. It is centrally located, everything is in walking distance. It is an excellent place, it offers space, is very clean and has everything you need for the duration of your stay. It is very nicely decorated. The owner is always available for questions and made it very easy for me personally. I will definitely choose it again when I am in Serres!!!

The space is excellent, spotless, just like in the photos and very spacious.

The place was great and easy to find, great price, clean and tidy, we booked it in the last moment and it was a great catch! The only thing missing for me was the information upon booking the place, if it is with a self check in and if there’s a check-in time limit, since we were arriving later in the evening (after 12am). Would’ve been good to know in advance, since we weren’t sure if we will be able to get in or we’re late up until we arrived and had to check manually.

Well-equipped accommodation, there was water in the fridge and a bottle of wine (of course we didn't finish it) and snacks. Spacious terrace. Efficient air conditioning! Thank you!

We stayed in Stamatis' apartment for three days. Excellent and spotless space, beautifully and practically decorated and organized. The location is in the city center with direct walking access to a variety of dining and entertainment options. Stamatis is very friendly with excellent communication for anything we needed. We highly recommend the apartment and will definitely prefer it in the future.
