The house is entirely built with exposed beams and is composed on the ground floor of a living area with sofa and fireplace and a small living kitchen. Upstairs you can access from typical wooden stairs with a hatch, above you will find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, a toilet and the bathroom with shower. Laundry is located on the tavern. Dedicated and well-equipped outdoor area.

Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Ancient house in the village

A unique place for your vacation: the accommodation occupies the first floor of an 1800s stone house, carefully restored while maintaining the spirit and materials of the place. Each piece of furniture and garden has its own story, without sacrificing any modern comfort. The place is quiet, set in a small village and still a 5-minute drive from the center of Pietrasanta and 10 from the beaches of Versilia. The Apuan Alps are a stone's throw away, Pisa, Lucca and Florence are a short distance away.

Our house is located on a sunny hill right over the town of Seravezza. Right at the crossroad between two rivers, Seravezza offers historical gems like the Palazzo Mediceo (UNESCO World Heritage Site), amazing food experiences, folklore festivals and events, and the relaxed and extremely cosy atmosphere typical of small Tuscan villages. Sandy beaches, hiking trails, white marble quarries and historical cities such as Pisa or Lucca are also very easy to reach from here.
