We spent an amazing week at this place, and from the start the experience was excellent! We were received in a very attentive manner, the environment is impeccable, super clean and cozy. The kitchen is complete, with everything we needed, which made us feel really at home. In addition, the location is excellent, the beach is just one block away. The host was extremely kind and attentive to us, making our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we recommend the place and we are already looking forward to returning more often.

The house is wonderful, with several bedrooms and bathrooms, it was very clean and equipped for our use, with blankets available, clean towels, kitchen items. Although the listing says it is 20 minutes from the beach (walking), we found it even closer and with a nearby market, which helps a lot too. It is safe with a controlled gate, which left us at ease with a child. Everything else was amazing, we had great days there and Meri (host) was very kind and responded very quickly.

Beautiful house! It was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped and the space is spacious. There are 4 houses that share a pool and grill in common. It is conveniently located, close to downtown where there are restaurants and shops. It has a parking space in front of the complex, which was very useful. The host was friendly, welcomed us very warmly and answered all our questions

Very complete stay, during the reservation I ended up forgetting to include my two-year-old son and soon after communicating with the host Daniel, he kindly still provided an extra mattress and bed and bath linens. We stayed for 5 days, clean, organized and fragrant place had everything we needed even more complete than advertised and was extremely cozy. Parking space with easy access to the apartment, quiet place, close and easy access to Conceição beach. Host always very kind and considerate. I highly recommend the stay. I plan to be back soon!

The location of the house is excellent, close to shops, bars, restaurants and especially the beach. Parking spaces are available, they are more difficult to maneuver, but nothing that patience and someone helping outside the car can't handle. The city is very quiet, very busy at night, and the beach has very calm waters, a real swimming pool.

Excellent experience in Bombas! We stayed at the house for a few days and everything was great from start to finish. The property is spacious, well ventilated and very cozy. The garden is large, well-kept and gives a good feeling of tranquility — our dogs enjoyed the space a lot, which made all the difference to us. The location is great: family-friendly and quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the region's beaches, as well as being close to the market, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants. Everything was clean, organized and working well. The rooms are comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The service of the hosts is also worth mentioning: always helpful, they responded quickly and left everything prepared for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Everything about it is excellent! Gabriela was a great host, always available, and was extremely clear with all the information. The Triplex is amazing, structured, beautiful and organized.

The apartment is located in short walking distance of some of the best beaches I've ever visited. Modern building and comfortable apartment. The apartment is very it's a little small but enough for my family of 4, we were all very comfy. You have available all the things you might need, she even let you use the beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, so you don't have to bring your own. The garage is very steep and narrow. Eleni is very nice and helpful. Thank you Eleni for the wonderful stay.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and quiet. I really liked the location, close to the sea and close to the walkway that gives access to Lagoinha beach where there are many fish. These were wonderful family days. Communication with Marcelo was very good and check-in was flexible. I want to come back more times!

Wonderful location, facing the beach. waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is too good. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. kind and polite people... a paradise.

Cintia's Space is exactly wonderful 🤩 All exactly like in the pictures. All very clean and organized. We were delighted with the view, with the tranquility of the neighborhood. Close to snack bars, restaurants, bars, etc. The garage is a little tight, but I only got hit on the first day, then it was super quiet. Excellent accommodation, a very quiet place with a very new, clean and organized apartment. Guilherme was very helpful, very proactive and kind. The view from the terrace is a spectacle in itself.
