The house is amazing to stay with family and friends, regardless of the weather, since the barbecue area is covered and extremely comfortable. Our dog loved the backyard and we had amazing days even in the cold and rain. 🤗

Perfect stay. place exactly as in the photos, all very clean and organized. the very friendly hosts. We feel at home. The accommodation has a lot of privacy, I woke up listening to monkeys and birds back there is a preserved forest area, much better than hearing movement from tourists on the street. Easy access to the main street and the beaches, but it's a quiet walk. Safe parking for the car, we don't even leave by car, everything on foot. We will definitely return.

The stay was great, the house is super complete ... we had an unforeseen issue with the gas but it was quickly resolved. It's really worth it for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. It had everything you need to have a great vacation. Micheli and Robson were very friendly and always willing to help us. The location was great, close to good restaurants and you could walk to the beach. I definitely recommend it and we'd love to come back someday.

So I spent the weekend with my family. And everything was great we don't have what to claim impeccable apartment, great cost and benefits we take too much advantage of the structure of the condominium with the heated and indoor pools of the condominium another reservation and the staff who work in the condominium are super attentive , and also a great differential and speed that the host Fabrício tries to help us and hears our doubts .concertainty we will return

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment is excellent, very well equipped with everything needed for comfortable and worry-free lodging. But the great highlight, without a doubt, is the view to the sea – something indescribable! The sunrise is breathtaking, a true spectacle of nature that makes the experience even more special. Extremely kind, proactive and welcoming hosts! The place had an afternoon coffee waiting for us, the table was set, organized, very welcoming. Fully equipped apartment, with all the utensils, crockery and appliances. Impeccable cleanliness! New and fragrant bed and bath linens. All the rooms are scented.... delicious! Our stay included 5 adults and 1 child, the apartment was perfectly suited. Well-located building, close to the beach (3 blocks), commerce in general and children's play. Our stay was perfect! The best place we've rented to date! Recommended!

Perfect studio in a great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with a well-equipped gym and a leisure area with a pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining your workout routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

There is absolutely nothing missing in the house (it has all the kitchen utensils, air fryer, pots, microwave, coffee maker, pressure cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer...). Super comfortable, with linens and towels available (which was essential because we went by plane), wonderful sunrise view, restaurants and bakeries nearby, as well as a complete barbecue area. We had an unforeseen event with one of the doors and Onesio promptly resolved it. The house is well maintained and has new appliances, our group enjoyed it a lot and we would definitely come back. It is also worth noting that Onesio made our check-in and check-out times more flexible!

Excellent accommodation, a very quiet place with a very new, clean and organized apartment. Guilherme was very helpful, very proactive and kind. The view from the terrace is a spectacle in itself.
