It is located in the center of Sorso, a few minutes' walk from the town square and all the amenities, the area is ideal for those who arrive by car and want to visit the most beautiful beaches of Northern Sardinia. The palazzo has plenty of lockable parking for motorbikes and bicycles next to a beautiful courtyard garden. The sea is 4 kilometers away. Sassari, Porto Torres and Castelsardo are reachable within 20 minutes. Sorso also has a train station, which is an 8-minute walk away.

We were guests in Pietro's beautiful apartment at the end of May, just before the start of the high season. The apartment/penthouse is really big and absolutely clean! 👍✨️ both bedrooms are very spacious with large comfortable double beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the large balcony is a dream 🤩 you can see, as described, the sea and the sunset, you can grill or just chill there, and it is close to the town of Sorso with good restaurants. A car is necessary, we found the roads totally fine to drive. Good starting point to explore the north or northwest of the island. Pietro is super accessible all the time and a top professional host!! I'm sure we'll be back. Mille Grazie Pietro 🤗

What can I say, it couldn't have been more perfect. Giovanna greets us at the door so warmly. She showed us the accommodation, had prepared great little things and the garden could not have been more beautiful. The large apartment, stylishly furnished, was totally clean. The bed is cozy and you can sleep very peacefully. The apartment is cool and clean. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby. A feel-good oasis in the middle of Sorso. Thank you, Giovanna, for your hospitality. We will be happy to come back.

The house proved to be as described. The host was very helpful and we had a really good time. Highly recommended!

Giorgio's home is in the center of a cozy little town with a very good location to explore the north side of the island. The accommodation is very quiet, equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. There are very comfortable beds for relaxing all-day excursions. Walking distance to everything. What makes it more special between stays is that the big apartment is very tastefully and at home. Giorgiot was available at any time and responded to messages very quickly. Upon arrival, her home was waiting for her home with cold beer, croissants, and fruit. Self check-in was also prp problem-free. Highly recommend to everyone!

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment! Maria Giovanna is a very helpful host who gave us detailed directions to the best places and beaches to go to! Inside the apartment she also left us an umbrella and beach towels! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to avoid always going out for lunch/dinner! Also, the first night we arrived late and she welcomed us by offering us dinner! A super appreciated gesture. In short, a perfect stay!

Perfect apartment, as described and even better. Everything is new and well cared for. The hosts are kind and helpful, but private. The area is quiet and isolated from the chaos of the coast and city traffic, but convenient both to enjoy the city services of Sassari and to explore the North of Sardinia. A nice discovery and a place to come back.
