You will visit and use a vacation home in the house in the basement. Located on the cycling path network between Brandenburg and Saxony. The apartment is located exactly between Lake Senftenberg and Lake Geierwald; these are easily reached by bike or inline skates. Approximately 50 square meters of living space, a sunbathing lawn and the forest invite you to linger. From the village you can quickly reach the cities of Senftenberg, Hoyerswerda, Cottbus, Dresden and Berlin. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible.

The flat in a quiet city centre location directly at the park is not only impressive due to its modern and high-quality furnishings, but above all due to its functionality and size. The flat is at ground level, barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. You can stop your car directly at the entrance door, load your luggage and shopping and then park your car safely and free of charge in the underground car park. Brought Bicycles can be parked directly in the flat in the hallway area.

See the sunrise from bed, watch deer and cranes from the terrace, cozy wood fire in the stove when it gets cool. Comfortable beds, mini kitchen and storage space in the trailer, water tap, shower, toilet, fridge in the main house about 50 meters away. Fire pit and barbecue area in front of the car. In order to keep the overnight price low, we give our guests the opportunity to bring their own bed linen and towels (both can also be rented for a fee: €10 and €5 per person)

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!
