A large balcony overlooking the lake invites you to relax. The Großräschen harbor (opening expected in 2021) is part of the Lusatian Lake District, which also includes Lake Senftenberg. About 10-12 flooded open-cast mines are navigable, which are connected by overpasses (currently still partially under construction). Countless kilometers of paved bike paths around the lakes or through the forests make the Lusatian Lake District a paradise for nature lovers, cyclists, skaters and hikers. Numerous other activities are possible: jet ski rental, horseback riding, quad and jeep tours, canoeing, sailing and of course swimming on fine sandy beaches. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberg, the Lausitzring and also the Spreewald. Due to the direct connection to the A13, excursions to Dresden (60 km), Berlin (100 km) or Tropical Island (70 km) are conceivable.

100 meters to the swimming lake ,tranquility for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the forest . Here everything is far away and there are animals ( mosquito, wasp , fox, etc.) It is nature so there are leaves and pollen . Peace , relaxation and nature . Depreciation for cleanliness , price/performance,and location is never warranted.
