Welcome to "Sunset Paradise”! A 4 bedroom, 2 bath picturesque lakefront cottage located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features a fully screened in porch, upper and lower decks, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, 1 boat lift, & 1 PWC lift. Fish off the dock, float on a tube (we can rent ours!), relax in the oversized hammock or enjoy a paddle in the 2 kayaks provided for use.

We are right on the lake! The view is amazing and the atmosphere is serene and relaxing. Conveniently located. The fully stocked cottage is comfortable and offers a homey feel - clean, updated. Cabin is owned by Sunset on Seneca Campsites. While staying here you may use the basketball court and laundry facilities within the campground although the cabins are in a more private area without campground traffic. One private bedroom, one set of bunkbeds in a semiprivate room and a futon that folds out to a bed makes this cabin a great getaway spot for wine lovers, families and lake goers. Select weekends the campground has live music you may enjoy free. One dog allowed during your stay.

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.
