Luciano was an absolutely helpful host, responsive in communications, and we really enjoyed exchanging a few chats with him. The house has been renovated with great taste, and the setting and view are enchanting: a true oasis of peace and simplicity. The location of the accommodation is strategic to reach different points of interest in the Monte Amiata area. I will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to that area.

There is no way to accurately describe the views of the Tuscany countryside from this wonderful villa. The updating of the house left nothing to be desired. Indoor and outdoor amenities are perfect for a large group or family. It's a great home base, as it's centrally located. We took day trips to Assisi, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Monticchhiello, Pienza, Siena, and Orvieto. And so close to the hidden gem of Bagno Vignoni - don't skip it. Kathleen was one of the best hosts we have ever had. From recommendations and directions to introductions to chefs and wine tour guides. She was quickly responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. You will love everything about this place. We would definitely go back.

The apartment is beautiful as well as the location. Marcello was so kind and accommodating. He was available for anything and helped direct us in the best way possible. He gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake due to the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend the apartment enough, as well as Marcello as a host. It is a very special place. We took the opportunity to visit the Terme di Saturnia which was very close to the apartment as well as a nearby town of Pitigiano. A great base for exploring the area and coming back to relax and enjoy the beautifully restored accommodation. Our only negative was that we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer and already plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you for everything!

The property is located outside the town center, surrounded by nature, and is part of a farmhouse where the same owner lives. The spaces are very spacious and theirs is very helpful. An excellent choice for those who want to visit this part of Tuscany (Terme di Saturnia, Animanatura - Wild Sanctuary, Soana, the beautiful Monte Merano, etc., all places reachable in minutes).

We found a very nice place in the town's historic center. It is not possible to reach the house by car, but thanks to the directions provided we parked very close. The house was tidy and clean, it matches the description provided and the photos in the listing. The host offered to turn on the stove, which serves as heating for the accommodation, before returning and we really appreciated this initiative! Very friendly and helpful host.

Christian and his mom are two very helpful hosts, kind and present for anything you need, super responsive and thoughtful. The apartment is a real gem, well designed, pleasant to experience and admire in every detail. We appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that nothing was missing... there was also a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, detergents, drying rack, clothespins, equipped kitchen and Christian's mom was so kind that when we arrived she had left us milk, water, snacks, crackers, instant coffee, barley, Nesquik, a box of tea bags and herbal teas... In short, those little touches that make you feel pampered and at home. There were 5 of us and I slept on the sofa bed which I found comfortable. On foot you can reach the bar, the minimarket, and at least 2 restaurants. The Saturnia thermal baths and the Molino waterfalls are just a 15-minute drive away through verdant landscapes. We had a good time in Christian's apartment and I recommend it!

We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

We were warmly welcomed with homemade treats and a local wine – a wonderful start! The place is clean, well equipped and offers everything you need. You immediately feel at home. The location is fantastically beautiful and much better than the photos suggest. Alfonso and Riccardo are extremely likeable and helpful. A quiet, relaxed atmosphere completes the stay perfectly. Would love to come back anytime!
