The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

Use of the garden is available. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (bus stop 3 min.): Bellinzona is 10 minutes by bus, Locarno 30 minutes by bus and Lugano 20 minutes by train. Great location for excursions to the Tibetan bridge of Monte Carasso and Curzütt.

It is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport and perfectly located as a starting point for all kinds of excursions.

Our apartment is suitable for 2 people and 1 child, it is located on the ground floor of a house renovated in 2021 in the center, in the Bellinzona district. 15 minutes from the Bellinzona North/South highway exit and can also be easily reached by public transport (Bellinzona station a few km away and 3 minutes from the bus stop).
