Also great lounging on the deck/dock! The casino is 5 min drive and the town of Port Perry with its good restaurants and shopping is 10 min car ride or take your boat! The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
