Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The apartment is fantastically idyllically located, in a closed, green three-bedroom on the edge of a small village near Selb The apartment is spacious, fully furnished over three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Particularly noteworthy is the immediate proximity to Grand Casino Asch, which can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, in just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with roller ski track and ski lift, sled slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is 20 minutes on foot. Please request a child discount!

Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.

Whether for just a stopover or for a longer stay, all guests are welcome. Since we have small children ourselves, we have some things that can be used, even in the equipment. If a longer stay is planned (e.g. due to training), you can arrange an individual rent.
