Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Ideal retreat on the edge of the Fichtelgebirge. Garden with barbecue area, parking spaces and an electric car charging facility are available. Pets are welcome. In the surrounding area you can enjoy cycling, hiking, cultural events such as the Wagner Festival or the Luisenburg Festival. Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The apartment is fantastically idyllically located, in a closed, green three-sided courtyard on the edge of a small village near Selb The apartment is spacious, fully furnished on three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Particularly noteworthy is the close proximity to the Grand Casino Asch, which can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.
