Family-friendly vacation rentals in Seine-et-Marne

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

Logement très bien équipé. Le spa est très appréciable. Sabrina et Serge sont très réactifs et fournissent toutes les informations utiles. le jardin est également très agréable. nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très belle appartement, bien localisé, à quelques pas seulement de la gare avec plein de petits commerces aux alentours. Le bien est réellement comme indique les photos. Le balnéo est magnifique ainsi que le homme cinéma. Super bon petit moment passé chez Mike, je recommande. Le tapis de course c'est vraiment un plus aussi. Le point moins positif que j'ai trouvé c'est qu'il y à pas d'accès direct à l'extérieur (pour les fumeurs faut sortir du logement).

Absolument parfait ! Une bulle de tranquillité en pleine nature, agrémentée de bains dans la piscine et le jacuzzi. Calme, confortable, reposant, avec des hôtes ultra accueillants et un petit déjeuner délicieux !

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein kleines, charmantes, altes Haus, in dem es in jeder Ecke etwas Neues zu entdecken gibt – verspielt, abenteuerlich und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

This stay was even better than we could’ve imagined! The house is so beautiful, comfortable and charming, Rozay-en-Brie is a magical place to visit with a local butchery and bakery within 1 minute of the house, and Ingrid is a helpful and welcoming host. ❤️ We couldn’t be happier with our vacation. We travelled by car and enjoyed parking on the property, and driving to nearby Provins was easy. We chose to drop some plans to spend more time in the house, just eating local baked goods and enjoying the pool.

Monique et Jean Claude sont très agréables, très flexibles concernant l’arrivée et le départ. Ils sont aux petits soins avec les voyageurs. Et pour finir, si vous voyez belle, vous tomberez sous son charme 🐶

Le logement correspond à 2 gites indépendants, idéal pour regroupement familial nombreux. De nombreuses, toilettes et salles de bains sont à dispositions dans l'ensemble ce qui permet d'éviter les files d'attente au petit coin... Il s'agit d'une maison ancienne plein de charme, avec une belle pièce de repas, et un salon spacieux pour se détendre à l'issue. Une belle terrasse équipée en tables et chaises ainsi qu un préau sont également disponibles pour profiter de l'extérieur. Un coin barbecue bois et gaz est existant. Le jardin est totalement clôturé, sans vis à vis. Pour résumer, c'était une très belle expérience, et Valérie a été disponible pour répondre à l'ensemble de nos sollicitations.

Wir sind eine boulderbegeisterte Familie aus Leipzig und waren 4 Tage in dem Haus von Catherine und Christophe. Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss im ersten Bouldergebiet. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man brauchte. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir waren 06.25 dort und es war super! Das Loft ist sehr geeignet wenn man Haustiere dabei hat (wir 2x Katzen). Anreise mit dem KFZ war auch kein Problem & konnten in der Zufahrt parken um gemütlich ein- oder ausladen. Im Hof vor dem Loft konnten wir unseren Tag in Paris wunderbar ausglingen lassen. Kleiner Tipp, wer am Abend einen Aperol Spritz etc. ... haben möchte, dass Restaurant "Le Muguet" diregt neben dem Hauptzugang macht es möglich und man kann das Getränk zum Loft mitnehmen. Natürlich müssen die Gläser wieder abgegeben werden. Auch ist der Wirt sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und wir hatte das Gefühl das er genau weiß, wer da rein oder raus geht. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Sehr ruhig Lage und Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Lebensmittelläden ein Katzensprung. Metro nur 2. Minuten entfernt. Kleiner Anmerkung haben wir denoch. Die Bettmatratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse sehr hart. Vielen Dank das wir bei Euch sein durften.

The house was perfect for us and very close to our friends house. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Hopefully when the bathroom gets remodeled it will have a bigger shower! The current one is tiny! Betty was very communicative and very helpful. We will be back!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Jerome’s place is a unique artist working space, it looks like you’re living a bohemian life in Paris! ❤️ Jerome is very responsive and helpful with all the requests we had. There is a parking space at a cost that we used. Would recommend and go back!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Belle maison de caractère qui mériterait quelques réparations ou mises aux normes. Située dans un grand jardin arboré et paisible, elle est équipée d'une piscine, un peu petite mais avec impact minime sur l'environnement ? Les hôtes sont très sympas et arrangeants.

Das perfekte Sommerquartier! Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und kann vor allem mit einem traumhaften Garten inklusive Pool toppen. Durch die Lage am Ortsrand ist es herrlich ruhig und grün, man ist aber in vier Minuten mit dem Auto im Ortskern, wo es alles gibt, was man sich an französischen Gaumenfreuden erhofft. Severine ist eine außerordentlich herzliche, engagierte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die es schafft, dass man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt. Bei Problemen oder Fragen stand sie gleich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ohne dass man das Gefühl hatte, zur Last zu fallen. Vielen Dank! Wir sind sehr gerne dort gewesen und kommen gerne wieder!

Très bonne communication avec Alexandrine Logement propre et confortable Très pratique à 15 minutes à pied du parc et à côté du centre commercial Val d’Europe

Nous avons fait une halte de 2 nuits chez Françoise sur la route du retour des vacances et avons été ravis. Hôte très agréable, attentionnée et discrète. Elle nous a proposé de s’occuper de notre lessive, la machine ne se trouvant pas dans le logement. À notre arrivée, jus d’orange au frais et brioche nous attendaient, une délicate attention ! Le logement était propre, confortable et bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement et d’autant plus si vous avez un séjour au parc Disneyland de prévu (logement à 10min du parc en voiture). À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver du jus d’orange dans le frigo et une délicieuse brioche — de petites attentions très appréciées. Le logement était impeccable, confortable et très bien situé. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente !

La maison est telle que décrite: très charmante et agréable à vivre et le village très agréable. Hélène est arrangeante et la communication est facile. Merci à Gérard (le voisin) pour ces bons tuyaux!

nous avons passé les trois belles journées du weekend de Pentecôte chez Antoine. la maison a beaucoup de charme et est spacieuse. le jardin clos est très agréable aux beaux jours et le calme qui y règne permet de profiter pleinement du chant des oiseaux. La piscine hors sol (securisante pour les plus petits) permet aux enfants et adultes de se rafraîchir dans la joie ! Merci Antoine pour la réactivité et les conseils. a refaire prochainement.
