Comfortable house, spacious, tastefully decorated, without any vis-à-vis, very quiet, well suited for children. Large and beautiful landscaped and wooded garden. Very pleasant heated pool. For amateurs an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven. Séverine and Jérôme, although remotely, have always been attentive, attentive to our questions, effective and very kind. Our exchanges were very warm; A friendly experience to recommend and repeat

We had a very nice stay with Aude. What a beautiful home, everything is decorated with a lot of attention. There was a lot to do for the children, lots of toys etc. The spacious kitchen is fantastic with a large group of people. Also in terms of kitchen supplies, everything is actually available.

Jessica and her children's house was perfect for our stay with friends. The children had plenty to enjoy outside (trampoline, swing, balls, etc.) or inside (board games, extra-ordinary game room). Adults also around the spacious terrace, cozy living room and quality barbecue (not to mention the jacuzzi). Jessica was a very considerate and accommodating host, even by interposed messages. The 5 adults, 3 children and baby who were present during this stay ALL recommend a stay in Poligny :-)!

Lovely place and the perfect location. Amazing forest right around you and Boulders (if you like bouldering) at 2 minute walking distance. Would come again!

Michael was very helpful, he suggested us things to do in Disney, the place is 2 mins walk to the bus stop and the frequency of the bus 2233 that takes you to Disney is good, there are all the necessary things in the house and good restaurants and super markets nearby.

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

The location is fantastic—perfectly situated for easy trips into Paris, yet tucked away in a peaceful, green space. The flat is charming and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. But what truly makes this place special is the hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. If you’re searching for a cozy, quiet retreat with great access to Paris, this is the place.

Great welcome, Palmira is very friendly. Despite the few days of heatwave, the apartment was very cool. Rooms are quiet and bedding is good. Access to the garden and parking space are a real plus. My teenager loved watching the planes go by. On our next getaway to Paris, we would not hesitate to return. See you soon

It’s our second stay with Arnaud and we love the place! It’s a perfect match for our needs. It has stable and fast internet connection, big enough kitchen to cook comfortably, dedicated parking spot for our car and enough space for all our sport equipment. Being right next to the forest makes it convenient to simply go out on foot or with the bike, no need to drive. And on the front - a lovely panoramic view over the Seine. Close enough to Fontainebleau and other little beautiful cities, at the same time far away from traffic and city noise. Arnaud is a great host, always helpful with everything we need. Thanks for hosting us again and looking forward to seeing you soon!

Excellent 2-night stay in the quiet forest. Well thought-out and efficient ecological installation. Very refreshing place during the hot weather of late June 2025. Nice space if you have a dog. Practical and refreshing stop for a vacation trip. Ideal if you enjoy the company of sheep and donkeys nearby. Very available and responsive host to any questions. We highly recommend it.

What a beautiful moment! When we saw the listing, we were sure we wouldn't be disappointed… and in fact, it was even better than in the photos. It was exactly what we were looking for: a small cabin full of charm, all comfort but a little cut off from the world. Direct access to the Loing is perfect for paddleboarding, canoeing, and even swimming. Okay, there's no running water or electricity, but everything is well thought out: gas stove, solar shower, impeccable dry toilets. A real little cocoon. Thank you Sébastien for sharing this special place. There's the concept of a second home… well, we may have found our second Airbnb 😄
