A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent for 2 to 4 people in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.

Summer is ideal for hiking in the mountains, discovering different sports: mountain biking, paragliding, golf, canyoning, kayaking... You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

A 5-minute drive from the center of Bourg Saint Maurice and its funicular that serves the Les Arcs station, the departure of the Ecudets chairlift which serves the Franco-Italian station of La Rosière. 5 minutes walk to the center of Séez where you can find quality shops.
