The cottage is accessible by ski via the blue slope of the Bois de Saule, which connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate station of the funicular. Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the chalet. Direct access to the "La 8" enduro mountain bike trail that descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800 m of elevation!

A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent for 2 to 4 people in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.

The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière, France-Italy international domain, or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.
