A modern one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent ideally suited for 2/3 people or 2 adults and 2 children in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.

The house is located in a small hamlet in the village of Séez, 3 km from Les Arcs–Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV station. and on the road to La Rosière, an international ski resort straddling France and Italy Regardless of the length of your stay, we can pick you up at the TGV station and help you with your ski equipment.

Le Chat is a beautiful 170 m2 chalet renovated in 2021 to comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is conveniently located in a quiet area of Séez. In winter, you will enjoy the hot tub and evenings by the fireplace. No car needed to reach the Rosière and Les Arcs ski area, the free shuttle stop is 50 meters away. In summer, with its 10 x 5 south-facing swimming pool, the chalet is a pleasant base for discovering the valley. Bakery, small supermarket, restaurants within walking distance.
