As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Our stay at Badar's place was unforgettable. The villa was even more beautiful than in the pictures: breathtaking, spacious, beautifully decorated and unprecedented luxury with complete privacy. I have travelled a lot and booked villas, but this was by far the most beautiful experience ever. Badar's service was extraordinary. As we arrived early with children, he had stocked the fridge with groceries. The villa felt like a private mini-resort: a discreet employee stayed in a separate annex and helped us where needed even with running laundry. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. This tastes like more – we are guaranteed to come back! Badar is the perfect example of hospitality and I highly recommend this villa and its service to everyone.

Good location nice restaurants and beach close

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

Spacious accommodation in a very typical and quiet residential area. A little hard to find the place but the host was available to guide us by phone. Excellent value for money Only negative note: few dishes

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Julie is a star host, she comes in person to greet you on your arrival, her house is spotless, as shown in pictures, you feel home, one of the best host we have experienced, many thanks for everything Julie, will soon you again

very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is 10/10 for adults or people with older kids! It was a bit challenging for me with my 2 boys (4 and almost 1) as the unit is on a roof top and the wall on the patio is 3ft high. My older one was constantly looking for a chance to climb it!! But when the boys were sleeping, we truly enjoyed the breathtaking view!! I keep referring this place to all my friends already! Truly wonderful stay! They had a guide/support guy - Abdul Rahman who lives couple of buildings away and he was available almost 24/7. He gave us great intel, tourist info and other local tips which was really helpful! The place was nice, cozy and clean! We loved Oman and will go back in 10 years when the boys are older and would love to stay at the same place! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! :)

Faham's place is conveniently located and provides easy access to various areas in Muscat, making it an excellent base for exploring the city, especially if you have a car. I chose this place because it is pet-friendly, and I had three cats with me. Faham's quick and efficient communication stood out, making it easy to choose his place over others. He is incredibly helpful and promptly sends someone over whenever there’s an issue. This will definitely be my top choice if I visit Muscat again.

The flat is good and clean. It is spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend it.

If you are looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, well maintained, convenient and well priced, look no further. This apartment is an excellent place to stay in Muscat, centrally located and within 30 minutes drive of many local attractions. At the same time, it is peaceful and allows you to get away from the busy city when you want to relax. Everything worked with no issue, and was as advertised. Hassaan was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, he even stocked the fridge with enough bottled water to last two people for three days and provided fresh fruit and snacks free of charge. He and his team were always on hand to help and provide recommendations for our stay. If I am ever to visit Muscat again, this will surely be the first place I look to book

Very pleasant stay in this apartment. The neighborhood is very friendly and the apartment is close to the marina as well as shops/bars. Comfortable and generally well-equipped apartment even if it is missing some utensils for cooking. The pool is a big plus. Recommended! Thanks

Zahir’s place is big and spacious for a family of five. Very convenient to have a washing machine as we had been traveling for a while. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Zahir is a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating with our requests.

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

I recently stayed in a beautiful apartment located just 200 meters from the sea and I want to share my experience. First of all, the location is just great! Just a few minutes walk from the beach. What I especially remember is the kindness and responsiveness of the owner Hatem. He greeted us with a smile, showed us the apartment and gave recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Throughout our stay, we felt at home thanks to his care and attention to detail. The apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really liked the balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Overall, our holiday was wonderful and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable location and a caring host. Thank you, Hatem, for your warmth and hospitality! We loved staying in Lisa’s place. I was struck from the very beginning how clean everything was! What a delight to be out on the balconies and listen to the birds and the sounds of the neighborhood. You definitely feel like you are in an authentic space, nestled in between the water and the craggy mountains, the sound of children’s laughter in the streets below, youth playing football in their bare feet in the evenings and families down on the beach. What a lovely little corner of the earth! There were some plumbing issues that I’m assured Lisa will attend to now they were brought to her attention.
