What a great place. It was right next to the beaches and a super peaceful neighborhood. Place was clean, bright and comfortable. The gym and pool were wonderful. Would stay again.

Very nice place in Muscat. Not many places are available in Oman with good Airbnb. This place is definitely one of the better options. Ibrahim was gracious and accommodating on everything. Will surely stay again. Highly recommended.

Karin is an excellent host with an absolute gem of a property! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the very clean and beautifully smelling property. We had come prepared but there wasn’t any need, as EVERYTHING we could possibly need was already there. From coffee to shower gel! It really felt like a home away from home. The roof top space was exceptional, with a BBQ, sun loungers, dining spaces, dreamy lights and the most beautiful plants! Our favourite part was the view and location! We really couldn’t have asked for more and our children didn’t want to ever leave! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. It was such a big part of Oman experience and a trip we will never forget. Your recommendations, especially our trip to the Dimaniyat Islands were much appreciated. We can’t imagine visiting Onan again and not staying here, so we hope we will meet again one day!

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Spacious accommodation in a very typical and quiet residential area. A little hard to find the place but the host was available to guide us by phone. Excellent value for money Only negative note: few dishes

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

We booked very last minute and Arshad was very accommodating. He was very responsive to all our questions and very accommodating to any of our requests. We felt very at home and would gladly book again!

Very pleasant stay in this apartment. The neighborhood is very friendly and the apartment is close to the marina as well as shops/bars. Comfortable and generally well-equipped apartment even if it is missing some utensils for cooking. The pool is a big plus. Recommended! Thanks

Dream location, sublime Mediterranean-style apartment/villa, residential area... Everything was at a level of excellence rarely seen! What did my friends and I love? Absolutely everything! What did we dislike? The moment we had to leave the apartment to return to Paris...! Zahir and his team are as discreet as they are friendly, as efficient as they are professional. An experience to relive without a second thought. An AirBNB product to recommend without a shadow of a doubt. The beautiful Qurum Beach can be reached after a good jog, a huge, very busy hypermarket is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and peace and quiet is guaranteed! We loved staying in Lisa’s place. I was struck from the very beginning how clean everything was! What a delight to be out on the balconies and listen to the birds and the sounds of the neighborhood. You definitely feel like you are in an authentic space, nestled in between the water and the craggy mountains, the sound of children’s laughter in the streets below, youth playing football in their bare feet in the evenings and families down on the beach. What a lovely little corner of the earth! There were some plumbing issues that I’m assured Lisa will attend to now they were brought to her attention.
